Its great Park to live in.
Nice, but slow maitinence.
Great retirement community. Clean, quiet, close to shopping.
Terrible management, non-compassionate, and down right mean. I visited my grandparents here as a child. They never allowed me or my brother to swim unless my grandmother came with us and got in the water with us, knowing my grandmother had a fear of pools since she was a child. As well as caring about her hair and skin and didnt like the effects of the clorine. The parks were delapidated, we used to play in a painted sewer pipe! Me, my grandma, and my grandpa all got cancer! I suspect the giant tower right next to the park or the location being down the road from hemlock semiconductor! They wouldnt allow my grandparents to sell the trailer, they kept not approving the potential buyers to move in. They want to sell their trailers, you only get to move if you die or walk away. The park sold their trailer to someone else after they died, even though they claimed they couldnt sell because of the wooden carport, because of the wooden shed, then the buyers were to young or had kids. My grandmother wanted to move so badly and never got the chance. This was just supposed to be a temporary stop in their journey together.
I dont live here but I have close friends who do. I have visited for years to this community. I can say without reservation that this is one of the nicest, safest cleanest, well maintained mobile home parks in the area with a lot to offer the residence.
I really dont know much about them other than a couple people I know in the park are very nice
Nice and quiet love it wish they would open the pool up earlier in the year and keep it open longer also should be able to take more then 1 to the pool but other then that its great place to live and visit
