WARNING!! I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT LISTENING TO THESE REVIEWS!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! They do not care about you at all, only taking EVERY CENT they can from you. While at the same time never allowing us to even move in! They said our house would be ready in a few weeks. We waited a MONTH and called up there for any updates AND NOTHING WAS DONE! They told us it could be 60 MORE days. I’m not paying for a place I have to wait 3-6 months to move in. This place is a joke, if I could give -5 stars I would. They are extremely lazy up there, FIRE that inspector and get a new one. Honestly just throw the whole business away, it’s honestly disgusting.

Cozy trailer homes but some are uncomfortably close together and on certain streets the children are playing in the streets (because there is really no yard) not attentive to traffic so you have to drive under the speed limit which is 10mph and alert.

I haven’t received my refund and it’s been two months the now. Nobody has returned my calls or emails! I believe I been scammed out of my money.

Very unprofessional people. Had a company working and damaged trailers with people in them and wont even try to fix the damage. Always increasing payments without notice. Also threating evictions during this pandemic. Not a family centered place. I would recommend going to a homeless shelter before trying to move here.

They do everything backwards in this park. They need to prep the lots before putting the houses on them that means cutting the trees down check on the sewer and water lines then put the house on and do sidewalks and steps. They put the house on the lot then check the sewer then cut trees

Rent isnt $699. They make promises they dont keep.... No mailboxes, dont get you garbage cans, etc. The mail is put in the park mailboxes then management takes the mail out and goes through it before giving it to you. Lots of mail lost and packages that were left there but never received by resident!! Charging extremely high charges for water and sewer.. Like $350 a trailer for 4 people. Thats bull.

Horrible place to live. Way over priced! Management is awful!

I applied last month, never heard back from Tammy. She was supposed to email an application for my husband and we never received it. The worst part is, she never gave me my ID back. Would not recommend, does not seem professional.

UPDATE, AFTER VISITING FAMILY AT THIS PARK I WAS SO AMAZED AT HOW THEY ARE SETTING UP BRAND NEW HOMESI KNOW CHANGE TAKES TIME AND IM SO HAPPY THAT SOMEONE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE...Unclean and unkept this place is totally run down, could be a nice if someone cared enough to make it beautiful, and put money into it...

Been waiting since July 2019 for my sec dep to come back. Tammy was in charge but Don hasnt done much either. Court is now in action to sue for it back since no one wants to take action. Nasty community and horrible employees!!

Renovations look nice...nice new homes.

Greatest mobile park in Michigan, lived in one in Mifland and this one is like a vacation In Niagara Falls

This a drug and crime infested welfare Haven that needs desperate clean up and clean out.

Signed a lease with the new owner and they still keep playing games with the rent! Its been different every month always up then want to charge extra for things already in the lease!!!

It a waste of a place to rent. If you want a place to raise a family this is not a place. You have better chances with the other local trailer parks.

My aunt has lived here for years it was bad but know they are adding a lot of brand new trailers.

Needs alot of improvements.....

Very Run down more than half of the trailers are gone the ones that are still there should be condemned its also not a safe area I have a friend that lives there you cant leave anything outside or it WILL be stolen cameras for your car is also recommend
