Live next door to Thomas Crossings across the tracks my back yard is the field I have no problems with Thomas Crossings good neighbors

Lived here for going on 3 years, I love Thomas Crossings, Kathleen the manager is constantly working and keeping our park spotless, continuing to improve the grounds. This is a place I’m proud to call our home

Not sure who any of these ppl who gave reviews are but Ive lived here for years and is a great place to live. Super quiet, very friendly neighbors, great community where ppl care about their homes and yards. Kathleen the manager is always there and if anything ever needs attention she is right on it immediatley. She works hard making the grounds look fantastic and cutting grass is a real plus. Very safe place to live. Best place ever!

Bought a house in the park and I love it here. The manager in charge has a great personality. The best part is that you really dont get that cramped feeling there is a lot of open space.

Tried to get information on a property. She hung up on me. Very unprofessional!

Cheap and slow when it comes to repairs and upkeep. Will find any excuse to not fix something. Will blame you for things, you brought to their attention to fix or issues that need attention.

This is a gorgeous park! Kathleen takes such good care of the outside.Not sure who Becky talked to....but Kathleen is the nicest person I have ever met!!

Great place just came from a open house there

I have never went into a business and tried to inquire with such a dumbfounded ignorant person in my life. I have no idea how this place is in business. Not a big deal there are several mobilehome parks in Saginaw who are knowledgable. Wherever they found their help at Thomas crossings they need to look elsewhere
