Called for an estimate on a television that had a known problem, I was given attitude and told to get a diagnostic. After explaining I had the model number, tv type, and known problem I was refused service and told to stop playing on the phone. This is some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Highly upset with how the associate handled business.
