Great place for the family to enjoy a nice Friday evening. Lots of games to keep the kids busy. My first time here with the family and we had a great time.

I love this place, my kids had a blast. Any body who gives this place less then 4 stars is just not picking. Pizza was surprisingly good, place was very clean and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anybody who has kids. Yes its a little pricey but for the fun we all had it was well worth it

Chuck E harassed me in the restroom and kept peeking through the door and under the stall, acting like he couldnt be seen. I complained to the manager but he was too busy, watching the pizza bake in the oven. He stood there for 13 mins, almost in a trance. This stop really shocked me and was so creepy and uncomfortable that Ive had reoccurring nightmares about it. Shame on you Mr. Cheese

My son lost his phone there and no one seems to know who took it so I should say his phone was stolen. You be better off going all the way out to Johns Incredible Pizza cuz they do take the time to call you when you make a reservation and talk to you and ask you what you want and what you need these people dont even take 5 minutes they dont care they just want your money and then they feel like if youre African American they wont actually talk to you thats in someone else thats the same nationality is you why the person that actually did all the planning and all the stuff doesnt do anything but hide in the back after the partys over he shows his face completely and all that machines is all crapped out this is my testimony to the Play Store for kids! And they messed up the cake so we can take any more pictures of it!

I get pizza there and its awesome people who work there r sweet and its nice to b a kid at heart and go there and get pizza and cotton candy they got 15 flavors and the prices are wonderful

You still can go inside. Plus is kind of high prices. You cant get nothing good unless you spend over a hundred dollars and then you can get some thing that would cost a dollars at walmart or target.

I would suggest going back to a marker for the tables because a girl ate our last 4 slices of pizza while we were playing some games then a family started using our table the second time we went to play games despite our coats and photos being on the table. It wasnt cleaned off, we still had our pizza tray (empty at the time from the first incident), our beverage cups, coats, photos from the booth all on the table and yet people ate, left their shoes, and sat at our table. The customer service was wonderful but we need more respect for our table and belongings.

Its a great place to take kids, they can climb and play, stop get something to eat and drink. Then watch the show and go play games.They have added to the menu with some good ideas. Prices changed as well. They dont have the good deals any more though. You have to pay for the pass card.

Good to let the grandkids burn off some energy. They had a blast! Then traded in game tickets for candy to re-energize.

The kids had a great time..we had five generations at the Birthday celebration. Had a great server. We be spending another birthday celebration again soon

The only thing I really would like to see them do is lower the prices a little bit because people love to go there and they are willing to spend the money but I believe they can get more money coming in if they do make it more reasonable to eat and play all day I can see a time when I would never leave Chuck-E-Cheese now I can spend two hours and be ready to go mostly because of all the money Im spending... Kids are the future lets make it easy for them

I hate hosting Chuck E Cheese takes care of all that. My server was absolutely wonderful Debani I believe at Arden and Sacramento. The manager was delightful as well. THANK YOU MADE OUR DAY WE WILL RETURN!!!!

I didnt have a bad experience. But when I went to Johns Incredible Pizza I was shocked at the difference in my overall experience. I mean JIP has a buffet and rides as well as games and 4 different themed dining areas. They even had an adults only bar. Seriously CEC needs to step up thier game.

Disgusting dirtyi told them the bathroom is dirty they didnt do anything about it very dirty place!!! Never coming back here! Not clean or good for my kids!

It was okay, and it was clean. It was pretty pricey though when we paid like 20 dollars for some stickers at the end. And the food was okay. I would come back because of how good their service was.

Pizza was good however didnt feel safe since adult groups arguing and about to fight with younger adults/teens. Security did not disperse fast enough I had to tell the cashier they were about to fight. Really need to increase security presence.

Excellent PARTY service. Had my son’s 1st birthday here in 2020

We had a great night out here with the kids. We ate dinner, and played for 2 hours for around only$60. They have the option to pay by the hour. We did 120min (2hrs) for $32. The awesome part of paying by time is you get to pause your play when you are eating. The only frustrating part of the night was the games have a hard time reading the cards so you have to hold it on the pad a few times every time you play a game.

This place was great! The customer service was spot on, as well as the affordable prices for games and food. You could easily spend so much time here with your kids. The games are also fun, so parents can be entertained with their kids as well. I’ll definitely be going back!

We went during a sensory Sunday for special needs kids, which was awesome. But once they opened for real and turned the volume up on everything the place was pretty annoying.

I used to be afraid of the purple monster! There was a room. Square. Dark. Menacing. Suddenly a flash, strobe light... Movements are different. I thought I was alone in here but now I see...things! Is that purple fur? The purple monster is in here with me and its extremely frightening. I close my eyes and tell myself it will all be over soon. Strange sounds or music. I feel the purple monster grasp at my arm but I wrangle loose and dart twords the bright exit. Back to the familiar rat and arcade scene is where I find myself. A disapproving glance back at the Purple monster room of horrors and then I eat some pizza. The pizza is really good. Possibly, the puppets and rat and generous ticket to prize redemption system add to the overall mellow and if you dont like rats dont worry they only have fake ones here! Plus the occasional snitch type people hang out here kinda like free parking in Monopoly. Nobody knows why its there. Oh, and purple monster I have been training and preparing for our next encounter. You may or may not see me soon.

Expect a considerable donation for upgrades and renovations. Im think 2 stories and a adult occupancy section seperated and equipped with viewing of the childrens section so there is a reason for both chil and parent to go.

I came here today with my kids and had a great time. I will definitely be bringing my kids back.

I took my 4-year old daughter for the first time with her uncle and auntie. We had a blast! The handmade pizza was fresh and tasty and the games were super-fun. It brought back memories from our childhood in the awesome 80s. Rock on Chuck E. Cheese!

I hope I district manager or somebody looks at this and takes its considerably and understand where Im coming from that this is horrible customer service you had to scam me for a Chuck-E-Cheese cups I wasnt even five minutes in the door before I filled already scam here the Chuck-E-Cheese cups for the kids were a 1.79.. I was charged $4 a piece instead of having good customer service and telling me that I could have got a childrens cup and got a upgrade for the dollar 79 not paying $4 a piece for cups. I should have just took my kids to the place next door they just opened up a jumping Center I felt like they would have had more fun and so I would I itll be a long day and a cold day in h×//. B4 Chuck-E-Cheese scam me out anymore money. And I went and asked the manager about it and he just looked at me with a dumbfounded look on his face shrug the shoulders like all well.

Would recommend for 10 year olds and under (that don’t play fortnite). They would love this place but if anybody older goes they will probably just eat pizza or find something else to do. So yea I would recommend for kids 10 and under

Well, I took my 5 yr old grandson here and it was the first time I had been to a Chuck E. Cheese since my son was very young, almost 20 yes ago! Maybe theyve improved the recipe, I think they must have, because I was VERY VERY shocked and pleased with the taste and quality of the pizza! I did not expect that! I was also very pleased with how much fun my grandson had, he said it was the best night hes had in a VERY long time, lol.The only downfall with this location was the lack of cleanliness. At least you can see into the kitchen, and it does seem quite clean back there. Its just out where we, the customers are eating and playing, it was quite filthy. And no one seemed to really be concerned with cleaning it very well. Hopefully that was a fluke. However my grandson didnt seem to care.

We held my nephews 3rd birthday party there this afternoon and we all had a great time. Also even though we werent technically doing our party through them the staff was more than happy to help us out with a few things we forgot and they all had wonderful attitudes. They are also fairly clean which is such a great thing in a place like that. All in all, two thumbs up! Thanks for the friendly customer service guys!

Ice machine has like pink mold near the ice dispensing portion of the machine. Was reported to manager his statement was at least its not the inside other tube. My problem is its on the outside of that you and still can fall in My Cup. Then as we were cleaning up our own area to leave notice the table was saying that when the legs was broken and slanted inward of the table. An employee that I had mentioned this to said well people rarely sit back there in that portion of the restaurant. We sat back there because we had the birthday party going on. My apologies for not taking pictures of it. I Was more concerned about the birthday party pictures...

I really dont think this place is good, have been here a million times with my children but they also think its boring since theres not many games to play. Theres mostly games for toddlers and little kids but not comfortable for my kids. I have more than 5000 tickets but theres NOTHING HERE TO BUY!! Needs some more improvement!!

Fun exciting. I have not been here since I was a kid. Over 30 years ago. This chuck E. Cheese was not to packed, nice. And the customer service was very nice and helpful. And thus was on black friday. I would come back to this chuck E. Cheese.

I say a 3 star because for a busy night. Which is every night. Someone should be out to help with fixing the broken machine and not all hiding in the kitchen. I literrally open the kitchen door and 5 employees were just sitting there. I was like wow this is where everybody is. Do your job kids. I have to do my job.

Went on a Saturday night with my granddaughter. They had 2 birthday parties so the place was really crowded. Waited an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza. Others waited as long for their pizzas. If not for the one salad plate that we shared multiple times we would have starved to death in a restaurant. Everything else was ok accept for the food wait

Food is nice, and the salad bar is surprisingly fresh with a good diversity of fruits and vegetables. Decently well maintained, but there are signs of heavy use on some seats and patches of floor.There are sufficient games to prevent lines during all but the most busy times. However, the process for converting tickets into toys often backs up. This is in large part due to the nature of kids being indecisive, but also due to there often only being one or two representatives to assist with the checkout process, and thus a bottleneck will form.

I love this place! I’ve been here many times before and each experience was a good one! The store is very clean, the pizza is delicious, the games are very fun, and the staff is very friendly! Just try to go there on a weekday or in the morning because it can be PACKED sometimes. Some might complain that it is very run down, but think about it, the place has been around for about 40 years. Great fun for the kids and parents can enjoy themselves.

Great place for kids birthday parties. I have always received great service from the staff at this location. They also have ths stage with the robotic chuckie cheese band. The pizza itself isnt the greatest but the overall experience makes it very worthwhile. I definitely recommend this location over the Roseville location.

Really overrated. No incentives for familys with a lot of children. Offer a pizza meal deal with play points. I mean to pay $38.00 dollars for two large 1 topping pizzas with 4 drinks a deal. For a huge franchise you could offer with that meal 50 to 75 play credits to it. The whole idea is to get your paying customers with families to want to come to your place. You want the children to want to come to Chucky Cheese to play eat and havr fun. A fun happy paying family will be a returning happy paying family. On another note, have your customer service reos smile and treat your customer with pride. Remember a happy customer is a returning customer.
