Disappointingly, because of the current situation, the museums are closed. However, the museum store was open and we were able to purchase some souvenirs for our train ride to Sac today. It was mostly open and there were quite a few tourists and photo ops. The place was clean and very well maintained. Its a train lovers paradise. Then theres the Sacramento River. Maybe next time well take a cruise on the river...

Very pretty

I love Old Sacramento State Historic Park. It has a lot of great places inside it including the railroad museum, the big four building, the Central Pacific Railroad Passenger Station, the Eagle Theater, the Tehama Block and the Huntington Hopkins hardware store.

Beautiful place. Atmosphere was good.
