It was interesting. Good, considering the circumstances. No jump scares. No actors. Minimal interaction. I highly recommend paying for fast pass. Very cool seeing all the details that go into haunted attractions. A lot of things you would normally miss going through it will a large group of people and expecting to be scared by people hiding on all the crevasses in the rooms. 4 stars because there wasnt a whole lot of scare in it this year, but 4 because they really tried given the situation.

The staffs enthusiasm was amazing as usual. But it did not live up to what they described. I only jumped once. The decorations were amazing as usual. However since money was not spent on staffing I figured money would have been spent on jump props or motion activated props like I have at home. Will definitely attend next year when Covid is not ruining things.

If I could give this place a zero stars I totally would. $70.00 for 2 tickets and they have the nerve to ask $10.00 more for priority entrance. I would of been more entertained walking around the local spirit store and it would be free! What a rip off! Whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE. If youre looking for family fun or even a date night look else where. Never again.

I went here last year and it was a total blast! This year on the other hand was a total let down. Actors are needed to make it thrilling and exciting. Taking that away and making people pay approx. 30 just to walk through is just stealing. If y’all weren’t going to have actors it shouldn’t have been as expensive as it was. I went with some friends and it was just a total waste of time and the wait time was RIDICULOUS! 2 hours in line for THAT?!? No excitement no thrill. Just us walking through. Very disappointed. Folks don’t waste your time and money this year here.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would!!! Not only a colossal waste of money, total waste of time. Even if it was free. Not only do they require you to pay online only, but then charge you a fee to do so.Not a single interaction other than to scan you at security and let you in the door.We would have better taking our $60 and starting a fire in our fire pit. Feel really bad for the folks who paid for the fast pass. When you buy your tickets online it’s required to schedule a time. So why would you need a fast pass?If want a scare ? Go walk the aisles of Walmart, it’d be better than this !!!!!!

Worse experience ever! Stood in line for 3 hours until we finally got to go inside. Plus we got in so late that the worker were to tired to scare their customers. Understandable because we didn’t get in until 1 am. Staff was nice and decoration was scary but not worth the wait and $35 bucks for each person and what’s the whole point of even paying for the time that you schedule when u can’t get in at that time. On top that they have an express lane for $10 more so it made the wait even longer. To me not worth the 2 hour drive, $35 bucks, and 3 hours of standing in line!

Had a 9pm showing and finally got in at 11pm. Then the people in front of us were dragging their feet and slowing everyone down. No one was around to monitor and make sure that didn’t happen. Not worth the money! Not scary at all and no live actors! Our ticket time was at 9pm and waited in line until 11:30! Also while waiting in line for 2 1/2 hours they had no restrooms for the customers either.

I had paid for the fast pass between 9 pm - 930- pm. It took till 1025 till I actually had set foot into the house. I feel as though I paid for the guaranteed fast pass through a certain time I should have been through at least by that time. That was not the case. The covid enforcement was pathetic at best. I had a family of 3 within 2 feet of my wife and I at any given point and the enforcement was not adhered to.So if you want to chance infection go here. The actual attraction was not bad. Actors had to remain at distance removing a huge portion of the experience. Everything is replaced by PIR voice boxes. The visuals were great! However having an impatient group of people behind us urging us along honestly took away from the experience. The covid restrictions NEED to be adhered to. There are people with immune diseases and other diseases that inhibit their ability to fight off infection and this place was not a good place for them.If it werent for the amount of effort and time placed into this attraction I would have rated it at 1 star.I will not be coming back next year and I urge others to really think about coming here.It is still real life. Covid is still a very real threat and to be in an environment where it is not treated as such just shows that this was a money grab. For how much I paid? It was not worth it.

I enjoyed all three attractions. Its a good place for young teens and older. All the props and actors were amazing. You can buy mobile tickets online for a service fee. There is a separate line to buy them in person. General admission wait time was not bad, Ive waited longer at Disney. They do bag checks and no food is allowed inside. There are runners who will catch up to you and try to rush you. Be careful with the line cutters, they will sneak there way in. There is only one line in but up to three lines for bag check. This place was pretty awesome! The details in the houses were on point. Everything was pretty scary and the actors were cool. My only complaint would be that we were either rushed through each house or at a dead stop because of the crowds before us were also stopped. They need better spacing between groups entering. Do not get general admission tickets, the wait is extremely long. Took us 2 hours to get through and we were early, and the queue had very loud speakers and giant fog machines right beside the line, making it hard to hear and breathe. Its worth it to invest in a fast pass or instant admission. The haunted house itself is fun, a couple good scares, lasted a decently long time. But that queue made it almost not worth it. Do not go if you have epilepsy, there are many strobe light effects.

Was in line for over 2 hours and about time we got in it was like we were in line all over again. Just several people all at once. It wasn’t even scary because you had to just stand there at wait to walk through. I think they need to do it in groups and not just let several people go at once. And with the line to get in I think you should have more staff out there controlling it because people think they can just come and cut from the back which is not cool at all. So my over all review for this place is a 2 star ️️

Dont waste your time. This was an expensive waste of time. The line on Saturday was ridicules and for three of us it was almost $100 about $75 too much. This is not sustainable as they have only one thing in mind....your cash!!Cant believe my daughter talked me into this! She and her friend agreed....line was waaaaaayy too long and for what?If you are thinking of something to do with your kids, theres always trick or treating on Halloween. Maybe even watch some scary movies....but if you want to stand in line for over an hour to be disappointed with over priced props...well this might be the place for you! Wont even think about doing this again. Waste of my precious time!

It was horrible. Stood in line for over 3 hours, people cutting the lines and they did nothing about it. When we finally made it in, it was a steady line of people so the cast has no tome to reset, it wasn’t scary and you could see up ahead what was going to happen. One employee said they were told by management to let groups in every 5 seconds so you always caught the group in front of you. Don’t waste your money.

This place is amazing, and Im writing this as a horror fan and first-time haunted house goer. Myself and 3 friends visited the park for a friends birthday (it was also her first time). Our small group definitely got our moneys worth with this place - and yes, its worth upgrading to the instant access tickets to avoid the lines. We arrived on a Saturday evening around 8:30pm and the parking lot was packed with people and vehicles. Parking is tricky! But we didnt have to wait to enter the park once everyone managed to find a place for their cars (again, Instant Access tickets for the win). From the outside the decorations and vibe appropriately preview what youll find inside. They were blasting season-appropriate instrumental music (most of which was Nightwish in my limited experience outside).Inside we were greeted by enthusiastic staff clearly enjoying their jobs as they randomly rushed people and some of the costumed persons made brief appearances outside to harass the lines. Without posting spoilers, there are 3 different sections to walk through; all of them decorated to different themes and at varying levels of intensity as you continue through. The pacing was set just right so that, most of the time, our group felt like we were the only ones in there and the actors were able to maximize their scares. Theres a spot in the second section that caught us by surprise and was definitely different and an interesting experience thats a little intense. But it passes quickly and youre on to the next room.Take a small group and enjoy! The staff and their costumes and enthusiasm are wonderful and it was an excellent adventure. The staging and props were thoughtful and artfully arranged. It was dark enough to be spooky but not too dark to see or be hazardous. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as did the rest of my group!
