Has a nice playground and lots of room to run around. During rainy times it floods on the lower park. Not a lot of shade. Convenient to Roy and Hooper.

Nice large park, easy to find . We reserved the bowery for a wake after a funeral. It was nice so the kids had a place to go play while the adults talked and remembered our loved one.

Thus is a beautiful place. The salt lake with the mountains is awesome. We also got to see some buffalo there as well.

Great pickleball courts, great lighting on a timer so we could play later in the evening.

I love its perfect to walk run take your kids to play and run as well.

The park itself is nice, and I like the pavilion. The problem is that you pay $25 to reserve it if youre a resident of Roy and $65 if not. The tables and ground under the pavilion were really dirty and looked like they never had been cleaned. It made the reservation price seem a little high for what we were getting. Otherwise, it was pretty nice.

I always enjoy coming to this park. It has a great playground so much space to run around, have dogs, play soccer, ride bikes and they have a large covered seating area where you can have Family Gatherings and parties.

I decided to try this park for the first time with my 2 year old as Ive driven by it many times. It is our new favorite. It is very clean and in a nice quiet area. They have a great playground with swings and slides and even large see saws.

Well maintained and very spacious.

My family goes to play picked ball at this park on the weekends. I love that we can go as a family and play on the courts there, without having to pay. Weve also reserved the bowery for a graduation party, and everyone seemed to enjoy that.

Its a very simple park with a pavilion, a walking trail, a wiffleball court and grass.

This is a pretty good park. First, the playground is fairly well maintained. The equipment isnt terribly old and the city has done a good job of keeping the garbage to a minimum. A couple of the swings have been removed from the swing sets. The equipment will keep the average child entertained for a while, but isnt quite as robust as some of the newer parks in the area.The park features a walking trail thats just shy of one mile. There are plenty of large grassy areas and an oversized pavilion available for parties and events. In the northwest, corner, the park has four new, high-quality pickle ball courts.

Its a great park and its GIANT. It has a path, a playground etc.

Super nice park. Very clean and well kept. My wife and I played pickleball here and the courts are really good. Only downside/upside depending on what your doing is, this park is typically pretty windy. It might just be how its set but it has nothing to block the wind. Great for flying a kite and stuff like that but horrible for playing pickleball.

Nice park. Great soccer fields and fun little playground for kids. The bathrooms arent great though.

This is a fantastic park, but very distracting for my dog given theres a ton of dog droppings everywhere. I dont understand why people choose not to clean-up after their dogs.

Its a fun place lots of space to run about and has lots of tables to sit and enjoy but the tables are not very close to the play ground

It is awesome the employees are nice the gear is good for playing and they even check all the time for any danger and they also restalk right when things run out.

Roy City Parks Dept does one of the nicest jobs on all there Parks .

This park is very fun to hang out out with friends, but I feel like Roy needs to pay way more attention to that part because there’s a lot of freaking kids that vandalize the place and bully people over there and I feel like there should be police that guard that place so people don’t vandalize and Vape underage so that is my review I hope Roy starts paying more attention to Emma Russell Park.

Very nice, very clean park. It looked well maintained. The only downside that I experienced was that some people bring their dogs and do not have them on a leash. It doesnt matter if they are good dogs. It is a law to have them on a leash at the park. Im not very appreciative of having random dogs run up to me with no owner in the immediate area.

Nice park with a playground that has swings. It also has several soccer ball fields as well as a couple pickel ball courts. The park has one large pavilion thats great for parties as well as a few covered picnic tables strewn through the park. Additionally the park has a paved path that goes all the way around, and is great for running, biking, skating, and walking.

We go here because its close and it is nice that it has swings and a long walking path, but a lot of the playground equipment is in disrepair.

This would’ve been a great experience but for the wind making it impossible to play frisbee. Management should look into weather-altering technology!

Good park to let the kids play. Wish they had bigger shade trees. Need to put in more for the kids like a splash pad or skate park. Something for younger and older kids so everyone can use the park.

Nice parks. But Roy city need to spend money for more trees. Theres no trees in all the Roy parks.

The back soccer field by the baseball diamond is un even and full of holes that are usually mud. Very dangerous for ankles and broken legs.

My little one really likes this park. I like that it has infant swings. If you go when its not crowded it is a great park. However it seems to be becoming a hangout for foulmouthed disrespectful kids that really dampens my enjoyment of the place.

We love the pickleball courts and they are lit up at night!

Emma Russel Park is a beautiful park with several soccer fields, a couple baseball/softball fields, pickleball courts, a bowery, and a playground for kids to play on.

Love this big park its awesome in the summer when they have family and friends movie day big screen in the park.

Restrooms were dirty and no paper towels. Parking lot was also quite a ways from baseball field.

We play soccer here, big park, lots of playing field with small playground, Big covered picnic pavilion and 1 set of bathrooms. Wish they had Port a Potties around the park during soccer season a little closer & more convenient than the 1 central bathroom( just an idea)

Nice big park thats well kept, that being said the mosquitoes are really bad here like an insane amount, and the city doesnt seem to mind. Ive never seen them spray or anything so avoid this place at night unless you have bug spray and a lot of it.

This is a great park. It is huge! They have a walkway to do laps around the park. Just wished they had more trees! But, it is a new park, trees may still be too come.

I enjoy going to this large park with friends. No good shade besides the canopy.
