I dont recall her name but she had pink hair, super bubbly and overall great personality. She was fantastic. Gave some really good suggestions on products and great conversation. Ive been several times recently and shes super friendly every time. The manager is also pretty incredible. Ill be a returning customer.

Me and a friend were there last night shopping for a bachelorette when Nicole helped us out big time! She was amazing and sweet and helpful in finding games and lingerie for the bride! We will be coming back there and hopefully Nicole is there!

Wife and I bought an item that didn’t work properly. Went to exchange it but the product was not in stock and Ashley the manager recommended that we not try the other item in stock as she knew of some of the issues with the remote personally. She called a neighboring store and asked them to hold the item they didn’t have in stock and on top of that, she gave us another item to try out seeing that they no longer stock said item either. Oddly enough we loved the item she gave us better. We would highly recommend this store and the NU vibrating Panty with the rechargeable remote and vibrator. Amazing and a great value. Wish we would have gone with that from the jump.

I always love my Cerilla girls, as 2 big boned drag loving less than natural women, we are always treated with dignity and fun and always drop way more $$ than anticipated because of the great deals and the energy of the employees. Very helpful, attentive, and Non threatening/embarassing Customer Service lady working in the store.If your not a regular, you could feel embarrassed and the Young Lady that helped me, made if feel as if I was simply buying a new pair of shoes.And she was VERY familiar with the products and their functions, and also had many useful suggestions for other products.Only negative thing I can say is that their Female Adult Toy seemed a little limited in choices.... I just feel that there were more products for me tonahop through as far as the personal pleasure area is concerned. But I will still shop here again.
