Huge difference from 4 months ago to now! Before when I went in, it stunk and the short girl behind the counter was always on her phone. I stopped going there due to terrible service. However I was in a rush the other day and thought I would give it one more try, I sure am glad I did. It no longer stinks, its not empty or ran down looking anymore, it actually has more products then some of the stores around the area and the staff there was extremely helpful and nice! I dont know what or how it changed.. But keep up the good work! I will certainly be back, and bringing friends!

Tge staff was so helpful in what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable on all products especially the evening staff.

Over priced. The place smells bad. As soon as I walk in, I was told to put my purse behind the counter, which I didn’t like. There was no sign anywhere that said I couldn’t have my purse in there. The girl just stared at my bf and I the whole time and made us uncomfortable. She didn’t even say a word besides “leave your purse behind the counter.”

I went in to look around for a few things. As soon as we walked in we were told we had to leave our purses at the counter. I said Im not about to leave my real coach purse with you and she then rudely said then you can leave. Theres no sign on the door saying that women have to do that or I wouldve locked it in my car. The stuff is way over priced and a very limited selection. I felt like there could be so much more if they tried. I wont be back in there, not worth it to me.

The only thing this store has going for it is its selection, it is better then some of the stores in the area. When I arrived the one staff person was sitting in their car and followed me in - and at that time I was not aware that person worked there. Creepy.The store has a rather nasty smell to it which was in part why I left so soon.The staff feigned interest in helping to answer a question about a product, giving me minimal attention. After asking questions and receiving very little feedback, the product I did buy did not end up being what I thought it was...I feel had the staff been more helpful that I could have made a better choice and not been sitting here with something that does not do a damned thing for me.I havent bothered going back to inquire about who to contact about this useless product because the first experience was more then enough to show they are not interested.I gave one star solely because they have selection.

I work 12 hours a day and this is the only place that is listed as open till 1am. But is never open past 11.Change hours please.

Pulled in the parking lot at 10:35 and when I got out of my l car a man sitting in a car near me told me I cant go in because they were closed. And his girlfriend, who was obviously running the store had to be out by 11:00. That is possibly the rudest thing that has happened to me. I will never shop here again
