Nice park! It has a merry go round that the kids cant get enough of. Its a great place for them to run off all that energy that we adults left in our childhoods.

Great park with spots for toddlers to older kids. Park is normally pretty busy. Major downside is that there are only portable toilets here and they are only there for the time the summer camp is active.

For me personally Ive been going to this park all my life and its amazing it has so much to do Ive had so many good memories there.

Like most parks in Rockford, highland park is a great place to bring the kids and enjoy some time outside. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5 star review is the fact that out of the several times Ive been there, twice there was a group of young teens who were yelling racial insults.

Great park for kids of all ages! Turf ground plus a tennis court as well and 2 jungle gyms one for smaller children and one for older.

This is such a nice playground. There are always several kids playing here. I love bringing my daughter here because shes an only child, and always finds others her age to play with. Its big enough for several kids, but small enough you can see your kids across the way. Theres a small rock climbing wall, a zip line, swings, jungle jim. And theres faux grass instead of woodchips on the ground which is really nice. Highly recommend.

I love this place. It has the right amount of shade, benches, swings, and slides to be enjoyable, but not so much you cant keep your eyes on the kids. The only caution about it is I didnt see a restroom, though admittedly I may have missed it. Weve been there often, though.

Tennis courts are pretty good shape. Playground has a very soft turf ground. Very good park.

This is a nice park. The play ground looks new. It has a base ball diamond and a tennis court. No public restrooms. No shelter. It does have picnic tables.

A very nice neighborhood park. Tennis courts. LOVE the new playground! Friendly crowd. Water fountain available, so water available for me and dogs on hot day (dont worry, I dont let my dogs drink out of fountain, folks, even though they think they are 4 footed people!)
