Nice, quiet and I love the owners.
Floods every year. Rockford crime rate
I purchased a home in March of 2019 I am still in the middle of renovating it but I go there almost three to four times a week and spend a few nights there even this trailer park is quiet its nice my landlord is fan-freaking-tastic theyre absolutely patient with you if you need help your neighbors are right there Ive never in my life found a more comfortable cozy and all around great neighborhood to raise my daughter in and the fact that I have a home right next to the river adds to almost a luxury bonus as I can fish and enjoy the view of the water whenever I need it
Nice family owned park. They have a few rv sites in addition to the mobile home spaces. Stayed here in my rv while working in the area, and found it peaceful and quiet. I had no issue sleeping during the day while working night shift.Run by several generations of one family, very nice and accommodating people.
I stayed here in a 5th wheel. The location is just outside of downtown right across from the Klem Arboretum, which was a nice park for walking my dog ($40 per year membership). Downtown and the park is surrounded by some rougher areas of town, but I experienced no issues while here.Rent was a bit high given the lack of amenities compared to actual RV parks in the area (no free wifi or swimming pool). $450 a month is probably a fairer rent for the area and what is included. They require a two month minimum to stay. The landlords (Hugo and Oli) are great! They keep the place in good shape and are consistently making improvements.Overall, this park is a solid 4 stars.
Nice quiet and clean place to live. I was suprised to learn that they also have 5th wheel & travel trailer sites for rent year round. I referred someone I know who is a traveling electrician. Very accommodating and friendly.
I live here for the last 14+ years
