I absolutely love this place! I come from multiple places in Rockford IL. Where you hear nothing but gun shots, police sirens and where you are constantly hitting the floor so you dont get hit by a bullet! So thank you very much for letting me live here!!!!!

Very quiet neighborhood a friendly people

When I moved I moved nothing I had to leave some furniture for family to get the next morning the management, dody, kept everything, wouldnt allow my family to have anything I had left for them, shes a theif

It is a nice place. Yards look cared for, and not a lot of junk to be seen.

I live here. People dont know how to mind there own business. Mangers included. Its becoming an uncomfortable place to live only good thing is they have a park and pool for the community.

Lived there a total of 20 yes. I loved it. Then Dody took over. She a dirty dirty person that has no character what so ever.

Worse Place on Earth lived here a few years hated everyday management and one of the residents are the number one problem with that place.

I recently visited a good friend over there and it seemed to be a nice quaint place. The homes are a lot larger than I thought theyd be.

Its an absolute dump. There is some guy living here doing live videos out of his shed, trying to scam people with some stupid online store and growing pot in his house.

Whats up with all that White stuff in my water... Cant be good
