We have owned a home in this park for a year now. Never had to worrie about anything getting stolen, neighbors are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! A very nice affordable, friendly quite place to live!! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazingly quiet, peaceful neighborhood, next to the forest. Listed as lowest crime rate. I just wish it was city water.

Great place to call home! Friendy staff and wonderful neighbors

I have lived in this for 5 or so years now. I was happy with the previous community owners (Mancuso). However, Hauck Homes took over the community, and I now regret moving here. Hauck Homes, constantly harasses the community with outrageous violations --- for example, I will mow, get rid of weeds, pressure wash sidewalks and home, and numerous other things, and two days later receive a mowing citation. Within the last four months, Ive received twelve citations (ludicrous). My yard is not one of those yards that is displeasing to look at either. I sincerely have one of the best looking yards in the community, and they still violate. I have lived in fenced in high-income housing, with stricter rules, and I never received this many citations. The community always compliments on our lawn, but Hauck Homes complains. I feel like Im constantly on edge, and feel like its turning into harassment.They also trick you into believing rent will cost $XXX amount when you move in, just to find out that they will raise the price the very next year. Hauck Homes does have a select few nice people working for them, but most of the supervisors and managers are very sarcastic, immature, and unprofessional. They are always right, and can care less how you feel about it. My advice to you, if you see a Hauck Homes logo, walk away!! Your peace of mind will thank me later. The only good reviews they have is from family and their employees, I gurentee it. I speak to everyone in the neighborhood, and they all have the same issues that I do.Im just fed up with the threats, harrasment, rent increases, violations, and not to mention the poisoness water that they supply to the community. Since they changed water companies from city water to this private company called ABT, there has been a non-stop boil order. The water is disgusting, and makes me break out extremely bad after showering or even washing my hands. I literallty shower at other relitives homes because of the water.
