*during COVID*Mass was nice. The deacon shared a great homily connecting to mindfulness when voting.At the end of Mass, the priest thanked and encouraged parents to continue bringing their children and not be worried about the noise.I read a previous post/regarding receiving the Eucharist on the tongue. The priest and parish had a system for delivery and sanitation.Thank you for the wonderful visit.

Beautiful church. Shame its controlled by a lack luster priest and corrupt Bishop. Witnessed him deny an elderly handicap women the host on the tongue. Very sad. Ill try the maronite church.

From the moment we visited Saint Andrews in Roanoke, we instantly knew it would be our home parish. It’s beauty in the details elevates the heart and soul to higher reverence and worship of our Lord.

What a beautiful place to worship. And the people there are even more beautiful. I showed up on a Thursday evening, and though there was no Mass or Eucharistic Adoration, they people there were accommodating and showed me into the church where I was able to pray for as long as I needed. Thank you for being so wonderfully Christian.

Father Kevin and Father Anthony are incredibly nice and the church is so beautiful!

Beautiful Architecture! It sits overlooking Downtown Roanoke.It was the first thing to catch my eye as we made our way into Downtown. Really worth the stop!

Beautiful, the architecture stunning, so much detail. To have a marriage ceremony, to walk down that aisle, the grandeur overwhelming....I could almost liken it to the wedding scene in the Sound of Music....If I was catholic and young again I would plan my ceremony here!!

Most amazing, beautiful,well kept Catholic Church I have seen in a long time. As soon as you enter,you feel the majesty and reverence of this magnificent church.The stained glass windows are beautiful. A sense of peace encompasses you.

Tall twinspired neogothic Church built at the turn of the century in Roanoke, executed in unusual yellow brick. this color brick is typical of the time but was rarelyused for this kind of ecclesiastical design but here it works with great success. It is of a German northern French, neogothic inspiration, and now being beautifully restored, new towers newspires new roofing new copper work overall, an impressive job

Visited once for service cathedral was beautiful but people were not friendly and did not carry the message of Christ and that was actually the sermon.

Very nice church, it was my first time to St. Andrews. I found it a little confusing to find my way into the church, but I talked to a nice petitioner and he helped find my into the church.

First time I have been back to St Andrews in over 45 years. The building still brings me peace and the few parishioners that were there were friendly and inviting.

This is a beautiful Catholic Church. The people are very friendly. The church is set up well for people with disabilities.

Beautiful Church with history. Very warm and welcoming hospitality to 250 extra pilgrims headed to North Dakota stopping for mass from DC and March for Life. They do it Southern style and couldnt give us enough snacks and treats for the ride home.

So beautiful! Be advised it is currently being renovated.

We were delighted to find this beautiful and historic Catholic Church open to the general public. The entire edifice is a masterpiece! The many stained glass windows and the extensive hand painted stinseling were our favorites! It was quiet and contemplative as well.
