I wouldnt recommend this RV Park. Grounds are ok but, the management staff are rude. Extremely unprofessional. They look to have No pride in their appearance. The way management talks to the staff is beyond comprehensive. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the owners in the Park. Extremely nice people. They all said that management was lazy and Unprofessional. They want new managers in there and are working on changing the board to be able to do so.So extremely disappointing.

We have owned in this rv Park for 15 years. Seen people come and go. But, this management staff here have to be the worst Ive ever seen. Lazy, they all look like they just woke up out of bed and came to work, unprofessional looking. Boraderline ghetto. We need to make changes immediately. From the office supervisor to the grounds supervisor. They have gotten very complacent in their jobs. WE NEED A CHANGE IMMEDIATELY.

Great place ....good water slides. Get the cabana if you go. Its a little pricey but worth it. No waiting in line for food or drinks. You have table service.

Great place for the kids to come and run around and have fun.I have no issues with bringing the kids here and allowing them to run around they always have a great time. The staff is helpful and younger so they tend to help out a lot more

Thats one of the best water parks I have been to in a long time but the only thing I dont like about it is the lazy river is 2ft6in and theres no wave pool,other than net awesome water park.hope to come back soon.

Was really mad that they closed everything for lunch; on purpose to fill the food court. And soon they re opened the weather made them shut down the whole place. Food is overpriced and the options are limited. Not all food kiosk accepted cards.Fun for all ages !

Was alot of fun

My husband and I rented here a year ago. We loved it so much we bought a lot and it’s now our winter get-a-way!! Landscaping is beautiful, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, work out facilities, big screen for the hockey games and a community with 1st class co-owners. The association is managed with a top-notch group and the park manager is knowledgeable and attentive to the owners needs. Couldn’t be happier!

Took our RV there and it was such a delight. Close to the beaches and my wife loved walking the streets of Riviera beach. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem.

Its the rapids water park GREAT TIMES

Crowded not very organized and receiving your tickets online. The lockers are reasonable. The food is horrible and very pricey. The drinks are expensive and this no refills for free, but they sell you souvenir cups that should include refills. They wont even give you ice for free or water out of the fountain machine. Refills I believe was a dollar fifty. There are about 12 rides and total and there are similar to each other.

Fun place for the kids. Not over the top expensive like other places.

BE WARNED!!!! Majority of OWNERS are Canadians its run by Canadians and most importantly they are so snooty your R.V. or camper has to pass inspection! My Husband and I were inches away from buy a lot for our 40 foot trailer and we kept asking about the BY LAWS. We were not going to spend cash money for a lot until we made sure our 2013 Cottage Camper was good enough with all the Prevost and 300K R.V.s there BUT some campers smaller and older than their by laws require!!!! The realtor selling it finally answered my husband by reading them, playing them down a lot ... then came the 1 by law that saved us 1,000s NO SLIDING DOORS allowed on camper or R.V. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PAY FOR ANYTHING HERE, even booking a reservation with a owner that wont be coming down for the winter and wants to rent it instead. Being a Member of many R.V. groups, I am going to tell them ALL!!!! Already posted on many!!! Water Park is very noisy by the park too.

Park is beautiful and immaculately maintained. Staff courteous and helpful. With that said the residents are the most unfriendly and rude we have ever encountered even to point of making us uncomfortable. I would not recommend this facility if you are going to leave your coach!!!!

The accommodations are very well kept and the staff is managed with care. Theres a lot of activities for the those always on go and the tranquil atmosphere definitely will be captivating to those who just needs a day off.

Seems nice... but will not let my 74 airstream in . Nothing older then ten years. I understand that with some campers but airstreams are ageless!

We stayed for one month last year and are returning for two months this year! Wel loved the cleanliness and facilities at this classy RV resort. Great tennis courts and pool!

Stayed before & its nice but as of 2015 no motorhome over 10 years old may stay there. Many converted buses 11 years & older sell for @$200-500k in 2015. If they are concerned about shabby appearances they should have a policy where a motorhome may be refused on sight rather than age. What about the classic Airstream or any motorhome that is kept in tip-top shape? Very short sighted decision.
