Here for a week and loved it! Very Clean, social distancing not a problem! Room spacious andComfortable. Beaches clean, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. This year resort turns 11 yrs old and is the newest of the 2 Marriott Time Shares here. Highly recommend this resort!!

Love this place! Well kept 5stars feel from the moment you enter the lobby. Reflecting bar and grill food is really good tasty food,the staff is attentive and make sure your orders are correct. The units and views speak for themselves see pictures.

Everything was super beautiful, unfortunately the weather wasn’t great though. I felt like there wasn’t enough staff to fully serve people. The bars and restaurant are too busy for only 2 people to be working. The rooms were newly redone and absolutely gorgeous!

Me and the family had a wonderful time. Hope to see you guys again soon. Thank you guys so much.

Beautiful resort and extremely friendly staff upon my arrival. I was only here for one evening and wasnt able to take advantage of all the resort has to offer, but I did enjoy taco Tuesday which was a great deal and very delicious!This is a perfect getaway for couples and families.

If youre looking for a beautiful property for a relaxing vacation, look no further! The staff at Oceana Palms went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. There were many precautions put in place to keep everyone safe during COVID. The view from our room was AMAZING! The water was crystal clear & chairs were set up early to get the most out of your day on the beach. If the beach isnt your thing, the pool is a perfect place to spend your day. I cant say enough about how clean everything was inside & out. Cant wait to go back!

Beautiful ocean view. Space was a little small compared to the last time I was there but very nice. The breeze was wonderful.

Great location right by the beach. Stylish and very comfortable rooms. Good service.Poolside restaurant was good, though not great. Salads were not up to par though chicken wings were great. Burger was ok.

Our stay was great. we had an issue and the rectified the situation. It took awhile but the issue has now been resolved. The staff treated us great and the room was awesome.

Had a great time, very very nice. Bathroom could use a second garbage container. Staff were outstanding and always helpful.

Stayed one week. Had several things needing repairs in room. No activities. Recd pop cicles 3 days. Very few places to eat nearby. Lunch is $15 at pool. Nice private beach. Many areas around hotel need more cleaning daily. Room facing north is best. Ours was on 18th floor.Temp was 90 everyday in Sept.

This is an amazin place. The amenities and room are outstanding but overall this is a place that obviously takes care of thier workers as they all said hi and hows your day and enjoy your stay from the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone you walked by was happy to be working there and happy to welcome guest. Excellent vacation spot cant wait to go back.

Visited Oceana Palms right after the New Year. I traveled with my family and daughter. We stayed for 5 nights. The property was nice and Very Clean. The rooms are very spacious and the ocean front view was amazing! The staff members were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The pool was great for kids and the beach was nice with plenty of beach chairs (free) and umbrellas for rent. However, the beach area is fairly small.The only reason I give the hotel a 4/5 is because the food that was offered in the market and at the restaurant was best at OK. We are ambassador members and usually guaranteed late checkout...they made us checkout at 10a our because another ambassador was coming in (really left a bad taste in our mouths).Overall, we would recommend this property.

This is one of Marriotts most prestigious vacation getaways. It has two buildings 5 rooms per floor wonderful pool easy ocean access and all the amenities that are needed for a wonderful vacation getaway

It was really beautiful. The unit we booked had no power, but they moved us to an oceanfront room until they fixed the breaker the next day. The room we booked was not ocean front, but still had a nice ocean view. Everyone was friendly, and the service at the bar was great.

Love it here. We come every summer and instantly feel at home.Great staff, great management, great rooms, phenomenal beach, and we love watching the turtles eat and hatch.Highly recommend a trip to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno.

Beautiful! The staff was always accomidating, and kind. Rooms were clean. And there was plenty of stuff to do. The Beach staff was more than helpful and so kind. My kids loved it! Highly recommend.

Incredibly nice place on the beach. We had a two bedroom suite and everything was top notch. It had a small kitchen with granite counter top, nice sized dining area and great views. It has great amenities and I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Despite construction at the time- I had an absolutely amazing weekend here on business trip. I cannot wait to bring my family back! There is a perfect balance of relaxation, activities, adult and children events. Some free and some for small fees. Unassuming restaurant by the pool is delicious!

Spectacular view of the intercostal from the southern side of the sunset building. Truly a shoulder of paradise. Construction taking place at the neighboring property is minimally invasive and honestly somewhat entertaining. Either way all views are spectacular and runs are clean and comfortable.

The property was very nice. Our ocean view suite was large and spacious and modern. The hotel was safe snd within short driving distance to restaurants and nice shopping mall. The only significant issue was the food. The food was not very appetizing. The quality of the food needs to improve.

It is a good hotel for the price. The beach is awesome, with complementary chairs. The pool has no lights for night swims which makes it hard to see at night.

The suite was lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Everyone was friendly and considerate. Everything was clean and well kept. The games and activities were a lot of fun`

Limited menu. No breakfast options, you’ll need to go out. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Our a/c was not consistent- one bedroom cold while the rest of the rooms were comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.

They take social distancing very seriously. I felt safe and that the place was very clean.

We have spent several vacations here because we love it. Easy beach access plus 2 pools. Very kid friendly. The kids love zero entry pool and water slide. Many activities daily. Live music daily. There is a portion of the pool to swim laps and a very good health club. A variety of work out classes offered. The staff is very warm and friendly. On site food options are quite good. Recently added pool-side service; smoothies and Starbucks and drinks brought to you. All two-bedroom villas are comfortable and have a good view of the beach.

Really beautiful and great for the summer.

The facility is modern,and tastefully decorated. Ocean front rooms are pleasant,but those behind would not be inviting. The pool water was not heated and too cool to swim. Marriotts Ocean Pointe has heated pools,and much more space outdoors.

Great location on Singer Island. Some construction next to it right now but the noise is tolerable. Great views of the ocean and intercostal waterway. Almost every room has a great view.

This was our third time here and we had a great time! Bailey scheduled so many fun activities for the kids and family! The staff are all so friendly and focused on customer service. Very clean facility and well located close to fishing, scuba, and sightseeing.

This hotel was above and beyond perfect ️️️

Upon check-in we were told we had an ocean view. Our room had an ocean view from around the corner of our deck. We had a view of a new high rise going up. The resort is a bit on the small side.Due to the construction next door the pool area gets too much shade and is cold (we were there in December). Speaking of the pool though there are two hot tubs, one with the temp lowered and for children and the other is set hotter and for adults only. There is a zero entry area for the kids with a splash pad and slide to keep the little ones entertained.The staff is amazing though. The activities center had a calendar full of activities for all ages. Putt Putt and beer, sangria and Salsa dancing for adults, pool side trivia for the whole family. The down side to the activity center, which is where my kids loved to go play Mario Cart, was only open when they did not have an activity going on. If they had an event at the pool or on the Green for example they closed down the room.

Good service. Plenty of chairs and places to relax by pool and beach. Senior crowd mostly. Not much to do. 2 bedroom Villa amazing. However they should make guests aware of the ongoing noise and construction in lot next door.

Aaaamazing view and service from the whole staff. We felt very welcomed from the beginning until the end of our stay. The hotel has great heated pools and 2 hottubs (one strictly for adults), which is nice if you want a mature atmosphere. Also, we felt secured the entire time since only hotel guests had access to the amenities and not the people on the beach - in order to come through from the beach, you need the hotel card to open the gate. Would definitely come back here.

Excellent vacation resort. Super friendly staff. Beautiful pool and direct access to the beach. They always have fun activities going on for guests to do. The rooms are very beautiful & spacious with plenty of space to relax if you need to get out of the sun. I highly recommend this Marriott Resort.

The property and location were great but what really set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone we encountered was great...positive, helpful and happy!

The property is very nice and relaxing. I had an issue while checking out and Andy, the general manager went out of his way to rectify the situation. Marriott’s customer service is impeccable.

We stayed here last winter and what a joy. The place was beautiful, right on the water, easy to get to and the staff was all very helpful. We will definitely be going back. I liked also that we were close to other activities, easy walk to the beach, easy drive to Jupiter, Juno beach and the turtle center. I loved our waterfront views from the room. Definitely a memorable trip.

Absolutely loved this property! Clean, convenient, and so quiet! The only drawback - and very minor- is no real restaurant on the property. They have a markeplace to grab and go and another outdoor/poolside area for lunch/drinks/evening casual eating which were nice but it would have been nice to have a sit down breakfast option. This was an exceptional property and we loved our stay. Also - one of the best mattresses we have ever had!!!

The customer service is great everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are beautiful and big. Its a beautiful classy hotel. The beach is right next to the hotel and its a private beach the beach chairs are free you must pay for the umbrellas they have their own parking and its free.

Marriotts oceana palms.Stayed here at the government rate.Absolutely fantastic experience, all around. Location is perfect. Private beach very convenient. Two heated swimming pools and a nice hot tub.The room is not a room, it is a large two-bedroom apartment. Views are spectacular from the balcony.All the public spaces smell amazing.very convenient indoor parking. And apparently theres no charge for the parking.I would definitely stay here again. Perfect place for a nice family vacation.

Very nice Marriott Vacation Club. The apartments are beautiful. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Sadly the adjoining real estate on the south side of the building is being built on and all views are severely restricted meaning that the quite lovely balconies are redundant. Even though we are significant Marriott owners, very sadly, we were allocated a construction view room. The staff were unable/unwilling to do anything about this and frankly didn’t seem bothered by our plight. That said we were determined to have a nice time and enjoyed the free loungers on the beach. Very handy because the pool was mobbed and the staff unable/unwilling to enforce the stated policy of not allowing loungers to be reserved.It would be remiss of me to add that whilst the front desk and concierge staff seemed to just “go through the motions” the technical staff who dealt with minor issues that occurred were absolutely brilliant.I would stay again because the apartments are lovely but it would be a much better experience to have a room on the northern side of the building.

Oceana Palms has an intimate, club-like atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained and the vacation villas are excellent. The reflections pool bar is simply fun, with good food, great cocktails and draft, craft beers. Try the rice bowl with chipotle sauce; its fantastic. This is a great place for a family vacation.

This place houses their sales office and is ridiculously gorgeous. The newer room layouts are amazing and a serious upgrade from their vacation club villas, not that theyre bad at all, but wow! Beautiful ocean views, nice pools, putting green, etc. We went to check it out while staying down the road at their Ocean Pointe resort and were thoroughly impressed. We may use some destination points to stay there the next time we are in the area. The verandas are spacious enough to sit and enjoy the generous ocean views and breeze. I joked to my wife that if we stayed there, we may have a hard time leaving the suite, it was that nice

We love our stays here! The beach is beautiful and the pools are great and activities for everyone are fun! We have been several times and keep coming back!

The suite is really clean, stock appropriately and has modern design twist. What I am unhappy about is the staff performance. Most of them were rude, customer service upon check-in is horrible, disorganized, housekeeping have challenges to communicate back to you and staff is just not really happy to be working there at all. Its very disappointing since Marriott is well known about their top notch customer service. Totally recommend re-education and proper training of all the staff.

Hands down one of the best resorts Ive ever been to. You feel like a celebrity everywhere you go. Everyone treats you like a VIP. Cant wait to go back.

We really love this place! Weve come every year for the past 3yrs... were NEVER disappointed. Rooms are very clean, very nice quality, staff is SO friendly, amenities and pools are always kept up. They have so many things for kids and families to do they could keep you busy with a new activity and a meal for every day of the week!Steps from the Ocean, and complimentary beach chairs, if youve ever stayed at a resort where they charge $15 p/chair, p/day you know how much that means!All in all... we have been blessed to stay at a lot of different Resorts and Hotels, this one is right at the top!

Relaxed environment, not a ton of action going on but great for a nice laid back vaca. Rooms were clean, and the sheets were soft enough for me (which is always an issue for me) the cleaners are professional and courteous. No smoking except for the beach smoking area.

Wonderful resort with tons of family-friendly activities. We stayed here from a Saturday to Saturday and cant wait to return. We went down for spring training stayed for the beach. Loved the kitchen, huge bathrooms, and bedrooms. Our view was pretty obstructed on the patio due to the construction next door but thats the only inconvenient thing. Parking was easy, it was always a nice walk to the restaurants in the evening when we didnt eat the hotel. Staff was always great too.

We came to the hotel after reservations, we came from ny. No one told us that we are not allowed to come in. We paid for hotel and air fare. They kicked is out and said its the law. But there is no law about taking our money.
