Lucca winery is a great little local family owned winery. Very comfortable outdoor area (due to covid-19 requirements) for tastings. Service is friendly and accommodating. Wines are tasty as well.

The visit at The Lucca Winery was awesome an it was my baby sister birthday Felicite as well as both of our first time going to a winery an a wine tasting. When we first walked in we were greeted by a warm welcome by Mr. Chuck which gave us a lot of information on the company an the owner. Of course we cannot leave out the two darling sweethearts Mr. Don & Mrs. Gail who served us our wine an shared with us the names of the wines an how the wines were named. Very informative great conversation an such kind spirits. Thanks again you guys for such a warm welcoming an great tasting wine. May God continue to bless an expand the business.

Mark and Lynnette are great! Amazing, full bodied reds and an excellent value! The wine release parties (before covid disrupted them) are amazing. Always an amazing experience every time I visit.

Im sure I have wrote a review for this place before, but if you live in the Central Valley - you owe yourself a drive to Ripon to visit Lucca winery. This place prides itself on selling wines for people that like to drink wine. You can choose between three flights and taste some of the best wines to come out of the valley. The people that work and if you have a chance to talk to the owner, you will find great company and someone who would s passionate about his wine. You cant go wrong with whatever you choose. There is something for everyone and that is a Joshua guarantee...

One of the best wineries in California, a hidden gem in Ripon. Master Vintner Mark Lucchesi, is friendly and knowledgeable about everything wine. Has many very unique and amazing blends and varietals that are reminiscent of the old Youngs winery in Plymouth (before 2009) and highest rated in Napa. His passion in wine-making shows and he is happy to share it with you. Go taste their wines as soon as you can, you wont be sorry....and I guarantee youll be leaving with a case or two by the time youre done.

Went wine tasting on Friday January. 3,2020.Had a amazing time Lucca winery with my girlfriend.We became wine club members.Hodder and Don were outstanding knowledge of all the wines. It was great to meet Nark Lucchesi the wine maker.

Awesome winery and tasting room. Staff couldnt be more friendly and family like. A good assortment of wines for all palate levels. Become a member and the pricing is quite low for a smaller family run winery. Will be back when in the area.

An amazing little family owned winery! Tucked out of the way in the agricultural countryside, they have a great little tasting room right in with the barrels! The wines are spectacular and the hosts are absolutely the best!

We got to spend time with the owner and shared great conversation and even better wine! He makes an excellent Mouvedre and blends using grapes that include those beyond the standard varietals.

Really good place to go visit. My wife and I went to visit Lucca winery. We took our own food and purchase some bottles. We had and amazing day eating at the picnic tables with a glass of wine. Servi e was very friendly. We are looking forward to go back again. Thanks Lucca winery for the warm welcome.

Great wines. Great people. Just be prepared for a tasting - dont go on an empty stomach, and bring a designated driver. Tasting 23 wines that are upwards of 18% alcohol is a bit much. Im not saying they should change anything, just that those visiting should be prepared to enjoy themselves safely.I truly appreciate being able to taste everything they had available, since its how I (and most others) decide what and how many to purchase.All estate wines. Lots of blends. Its apparent the owner/winemaker really likes mourvedre, since its used in many of the wines.Im a fan of cabernet franc, and Im always thrilled to find a winery that makes a 100% cab franc, and Lucca makes a fantastic one for a very reasonable price.

How awesome to have this place in Ripon. The owner/winemaker did our tasting on a Sat. afternoon let us try about 13 wines. Had a lot of fun. Cute tasting room as well.

This is an amazing winery tucked away in the small town of Ripon. They specialize in red wines, but do offer some of the white wine varieties as well. The staff is friendly and very welcoming! I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a great glass of wine. They also offer meat and cheese selections at the winery to purchase if youd like a snack to go with your wine tasting!
