Love going out to the rec to do some walking and other workouts...peaceful and beautiful for walking alone and for working out in groups. Ive met some nice people while out there as well. Thanks Henrico great community spot!!

Wonderful facility. Very spacious. The water park is a great place to hang out for the afternoon and stay cool with the kids.

The weather was pretty terrible this morning. However the afternoon turn out wonderful! The grass, Park, and track was dry. Everyone was practicing social distancing as well!

Beautiful place even tho half of the building was Shut down due to the coronavirus if it wasn’t for that we would have been through the whole place we will be back

A really good place to play sports. They have 2 fields and a track. Personally, I really like playing Badminton here. Very good players come here, but they are open to new people. Just dont expect to play loosey goosey badminton

Went to walk on the track. It was unexpectedly quiet. Love this location. Its very clean and well manicured.

Nice place to workout in the front track and back track. Indoor gym to play basketball and lift weights. Plus, 2 clean spaces to hold functions, and events. A neat playground with soft top, shade and splash play area for kids to play in the heat.

I went for a meeting here, and it was absolutely wonderful. No disturbances at all neither were there any problems.

Its a very nice place to have family gatherings.

Love a place to go for the East END Henrico county area. It would be nice to have colder water to come out of fountains after your walk/run. Thank you for our recuration park.

Henrico Recreation Center is really nice. Ive used the track several times. Today finally visited the Center and the water, which my grandson, 2 really enjoyed.

The splash park is great for my little ones. I wish they had more seating on that side though and it would be nice if the neches had a back since parents often sit for long periods on it while their kids are playing.

It was Awesome, The Eat lunch with Santa thing was Really Gun Today.

Great place to watch some very good football games of some very talented young men being groomed into being the best...great food vendors too!....Lots of other activities for the kids and adults yo engage in also!!!Check it out!

The water park is a great place to take my grandson. Its Free, and he gets to make new an different friends every day. Only complaint more seating and shade for the adults. Thank you Henrico

Nice place to go out to get some exercise and let the kids play while you sit back and relax. Also has a spray ground so you and the kids can cool off in the summer.

I like walking here but it has been increasingly difficult to walk on the track because of the adults and children standing and sitting on the track during their football practice.They leave trash everywhere. They have no respect for those that are there. Last time I was there kids where playing on the track and I almost got a football to the face. Do you think the kids say sorry or excuse me... uh no!They REALLY NEED TO HAVE STAFF PRESENT, OR POLICE PRESENCE. This was a nice place to come but it is now overrun by rude and disrespectful people of all ages.

Great open space

This is a good place to work out. Afterwards, your kids can enjoy some playtime on the playground and even cool off in the seasonal splash zone. If you do work out and bring your kids, you need to have someone there to watch them because the gym is 16+ and they do not have child care on site.

Young and old can have a blast here, but be mindful its really only a kids area. It would be lovely if the bathroom were cleaner, we need to respect the facility and understand stand that your not at home, so flush and clean up after yourself .

It’s a small little mini-water park for kids (all ages). Fun, safe, plenty of parking, restrooms, playground, 100% free, and currently building a community pool on the other side of the parking lot.

Im loving this track. Its clean, clear of debris and so far no dogs. Im told its surface is made of rubber. Very comfortable for getting your walk or run on.

The splash park is always something fun and free for the kids.

Great place to exercise, walk around even to play indoor basketball.

This center has a great water shower where children can play and get wet. Come prepared with the right swim wear. There is a big building there that has some staff working in them. I didnt get to explore whats in stock for children inside the building. Hope to do that next time.

I always enjoy my evening workouts. The facility is very clean also which is a plus. The people are also very nice and helpful, both staff and members.

It was awful. were there for a football game. there was profane music on the PA, people smoking on the premises, multiple aggressive larger dogs and neither the facility personnel nor the sherriff personnel did anything.

Was there for the senior table tennis games. Nice facility.

A great splashpad and playground for the kids. Ample parking and not to far from shops and restaurants in case you want to make a stop here a part of a larger day.

You can be 16 17 and you still cant go in you have to be 18 and even if you are and do have a membership there is always something happening so you can never go and practice basketball
