Awesome traditional style golf course. Good variety of long and short holes, many lined by large trees. Greens are challenging with a variety of slopes and well bunkered. Plays longer than the listed yardage. If you get invited, definitively play Richmond CC.

Great club, great atmosphere, great course, and a very friendlystaff! From the pro shop to wait staff, to the gentlemen working in the locker room, everyonehas a wonderful attitude! . I will play here at every opportunity!

Course is ok, greens are nice and fast. Crab grass in some areas, and mosquitos everywhere .

Richmond Country Club is a historic golf course built in 1924. The Club hosted three PGA tournaments from 1946 through 1948. The Richmond Open as it was called was the first PGA event to invite African American players due to the club presidents insistence that African Americans be allowed to compete. Richmond Country Club also hosted several LPGA events in the 60s.Very friendly membership and warm environment. The course is well maintained and is a good test of golf skills. It is great place to hang out.Those fortunate enough to join will undoubtedly thoroughly enjoy the Richmond Country Club experience.
