Very poor service, dropped off 2 items to be done, very smile stuff, they said it will take 3 weeks, it’s been 6 and still done !! Very expensive also !! I would shop around for another frame shop if I was you !!

Brought a hand-painted mandala from Nepal to a young lady who works at the shop. I wasnt sure exactly what kind of frame I wanted and so gave her complete artistic freedom to do as she pleased with it. She ended up using the most beautiful wood and a very tasteful border around the piece and I was very pleased with it. Great job on the backing too! Would highly recommend and going to bring all of my pieces to be framed here from now on. Thanks Fralin Frame!

Quality framing with interesting ideas. Ive had a few things framed here. One was an unusually shaped item, and the proprietor (?) suggested a novel way to frame it, which looks terrific and regularly draws compliments from guests in my home.

John is truly passionate about framing the art and pieces you bring to him. We have had several pieces frmed at Fralin, and Johns matting and framing suggestions are always perfect. Fralin is the only place in Richmond to have your art and precious items framed.
