Comfortable atmosphere. Clean bathroom. They have complementary coffee and snacks even have some toys and coloring books to entertain kids while you collaborate with your artist. The people working here are amazing. @Ianthestrikingviking was so great to work with. I cant wait to come back and have work work done.

Excellent shop! Very well maintained and sanitary, excellent artists with diverse styles and techniques, welcoming to walk-ins or appointment, and very timely well executed work. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend.

Stopped in to get some printing on tats for my sister and myself wasnt overly impressed with the lack of enthusiasm from the guy I spoke my personal opinion is that if youre going to try and be my tattooist then at least act like you want to do the work its all good though there are more shops in the RVA area hope you have a better experience here then I did

Very good artist, they treat you with respect and not like a number, they are very hospitable and they pair you with a specialist not just an open chair. Cesar the tatman is a beast, he did my daughters 1st tattoo and she loves it

I have a few tattoos from various studios and Cary Street is the FIRST place where I felt completely welcome. I have had work done by both Dave and Andrew and both guys were professional and engaging for the entire process. The atmosphere was very clean, laid back and it didnt feel like one of those run of the mill tattoo shops that are out there. Looking forward to going back to finish my custom half sleeve soon.

This place will be the only place i go to get a tattoo from here on the artist, and staff were very helpful and down to earth i felt right at home there!!

Nice environment, they welcomed my kids as well! One guy gave my daughter some crayons and pages to color on. My cousin Matt works here and is my tattoo artist! He does amazing work and is worth the two hour drive!

Ive had work done by both Ian and Andrew, and i know people who have had work done by Dave. It doesnt get much better. Super friendly. Super chill.
