I decided to visit West End Gallery early in the month to frame a custom painting I had commissioned as an anniversary present for my wife.Admittedly, I am not an art savvy person and it was so refreshing to be helped by the staff at the Gallery. They took their time to address all my questions, offered good advice on styles, and made me feel comfortable not knowing exactly what I wanted for the framing.They were able to get my framing done on time, and I was able to give my wife her gift this morning. They do incredible work, and the framing is outstanding.I feel the pricing is fair for the experience and time of the experts that work here. Thank you all so much for making this anniversary one she will never forget!

I went into West End Gallery with the intention of having four prints reframed. They did such an amazing job! So great in fact, that I ended up having 9 prints reframed! Now my artwork has a wonderful updated look. I never knew my prints could look so beautiful!This family owned and operated staff is not only professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable. They will guide you through the process and offer helpful suggestions. I could not believe how friendly and patient they were with me. I never once felt rushed.If you chose West End Gallery you will not be disappointed. You will be very pleased that you selected them to frame your artwork. I know I was!!!

I took both of my degrees - my bachelor of science and my doctorate of veterinary medicine to the gentleman here at West End Gallery. I first got my DVM framed and I was able to sit down and look at what framing I wanted and how I wanted it to look in the frame - at that time I was only able to afford the one framing. A year or more later I was able to contact them and ask them to frame my other degree in the same manner I was able to get the second degree framed exactly like the first degree within days. This was really convenient for me as I am moving at the end of the month I needed it to be done before I left the state. I wanted it to be done by the same people so that it looked the same they were able to do it and they did it with a fast turnover. I would absolutely use them again.They even went out of their way to find out what my other order was so that they could make the exact same one.I would 110% recommend taking your pictures or degrees or anything here to be framed.

I have entrusted my artwork to the West End Gallery for 9 years now. I recently brought in a historic original picture of an Indian Chief. I was unsure how to go about framing it. After viewing multiple frames and matting ideas a plan was agreed upon. I have always been pleased with the quality of workmanship performed at WEG. However, I have to say that the results of this most recent job, took my breath away. My Indian Chief portrait is simply incredible. I am very proud of this piece and remain a huge fan of West End Gallery. Thank You!

We had an amazing experience here. We brought in a cross stitch ABC piece that my wifes grandma had made. The owner sat down with us for over 45 minutes to find the perfect frame and matte. When we got it back the craftsmanship was outstanding! It was obvious that they had put in extra time to make sure this heirloom piece that meant so much to us was perfect. We have had it for over a year now and it brings my wife and I so much joy to see it and see the excitement and delight that our 1 year old daughter gets from looking at it. Without hesitation, I would recommend West End Gallery. The quality of workmanship and service does not compare to those big box craft businesses. In addition, all work is done on the premises! The owner, Christopher James, is super nice and very professional, with 31 years of experience.My first positive encounter with West End Gallery was several years ago, when they were located at the Gayton Crossing location. Last Thursday, I walked into the new larger location with a simple request. Chris greeted me, with a smile, and after assessing my framing needs, he was happy to complete the job while I waited. I was so happy to have been able to leave the store with my artwork and hang it on my living room wall as soon as I returned home.You will love the selection of artwork West End Gallery has to offer. Its a beautiful store.

I had a flood in my house with possible damage to a print.When I brought it into the shop Bryant explainedwhat should be done to check for damage.The work that was done is excellent.I highly recommend this shop and would use them again.

Im a pretty price conscious individual and was a little shocked the first time I got a quote on a frame. That said, since I got back that first piece (and have since gone back two times in the last couple years), I couldnt believe how good he can make your art or whatever it is you want framed look. Truly worthwhile and great gift idea. Definitely pricey (although I think he can fit most budgets if you dont want top of the line frames/glass etc.) and worth it if you want something to last a lifetime. The art in there is beautiful too although way out of my price range. Cant vouch enough for him.
