Great hike up to Sheridan lake. Go up or come back on the flume trail to make it a loop and go through the tunnel. Awesome now that they have the foot bridges in place for the stream crossings. Well worth the time to do this one.

Really cool hike, they have these little bridges you cross back and forth over the stream. The bridges are just planks out together and turned on their side. Really solid and stable only about 10in wide, no handrail, doesnt take to much to balance and its a lot of fun.

This is a beautiful hike, not strenuous, and it offers gorgeous views. It connects to other trails, as well, so you can extend your hike if you desire.

It is tranquil with hiking trails and a favorite with people who want to take their dogs. Love the sound of spring creak and the majestic hills and the plentiful wildlife...

Good access to the Flume Trail. Spring creek is very pretty.

Fantastic hike, but noticed an abundance of poison ivy along the trail.

Gorgeous hike! Have sturdy shoes that can go in water.. the bridges are out! Loved every minute of this and cant wait to go back.

Very nice! Got to do some cliff jumping into Sheridan Lake. Although, be extremely careful when ascending and descending if you are going the steep way with the pipe. I witnessed a group of young adults from the School of Mines take this way and a girl fell straight down nearly sixty feet. I believe she was okay, but there’s no way it could have felt good.

Very beautiful hike up behind Sheridan Lake. The flume trail crosses the creek and has a tunnel further up the hill.
