Rancho Mirage Community Park

So clean and in great shape! Who would think playgrounds are hung in the desert, but this one really is a perfect one for kids of all ages, even our little one year old. No signs of anything broken, really creative design and even sun shades that cover the entire playground. The park has man activities as well for adults and kids alike. So much green and a great view of the wash. A little hidden gem in the desert!

Best park Ive ever been to. Firetruck is a big hit

I enjoy the park because it offers outdoor workout stations. Dont expect heavy weight. Dont expect a large variety. Its a beautiful park with a beautiful amphitheater.

This park is very clean very quiet a nice place for you to take your children and not to worry about something bad happening the only thing about it does have bathrooms and theyre very very nice and clean but they are far away from the children Park so you have to walk a distance other than that my children loved it

Incredibly clean! This is another favorite spot to take children. Landscapers were trimming and cleaning up while we were there. A police SUV was parked for a while which made me feel safe. The restrooms are clean, but there were cars parked in from with individuals sitting alone. Otherwise, this is a nice place for families.

Lovely park. Clean and not crowed. Great for walking your midsize dog.

Well maintained park in very scenic Rancho Mirage setting, right by the wash. Great for walks and racquet sports. Lovely view of sunsets over the mountains.

Great facilities for adults and children. Picnic areas, tennis, pickleball, basketball, fitness equipment. Nice shaded playground. Restroom is clean. Also has amphitheatre for performances.

Ive been going to this park since high school. It was quite Bland and not for kids even though they had a tiny playground tucked in the back. They redid the park and it is beyond amazing! They have an area for kids and its about four or five times the size of what it used to be! The basketball courts are still there and the vast amount of grass. They have tennis courts still in the bathroom stay clean. We visit this park more than any other park now and are not worried about the drive. It is very quiet and quite some nice views around!

The park is absolutely beautiful and serene. I will definitely go back again.

The arts show was great. So many talented artists. I should have bought this ring, regretting it now. Dont walk away from something you really like. We left before the concert, Im sure it was very nice.

Lovely spot to run around

Great park, clean and not crowded. The stage area is big and lots of seating. Tennis courts are well maintained and lighted as well as the exercise equipment around the path. Basketball courts are also in good shape. Grass is green and level. Walking to the park is only possible from the street unless you walk in from the wash which is hard due to debris and soft sand.

Love this park. Cleaner than most parks in the area and a well mannered crowd typically.

It would have been nicer if the two-cycle trimmer, two-cycle edger and backpack blower grounds maintenance three man crew would have noticed that my adult son and I were trying to play acoustic music and gone to trim, edge and blow off debris on another area of the otherwise beautiful and enjoyable morning at about 8:30am to 9:30am on Wed 3/6/19. I felt that they just did what they were damn well going to do despite the noisy motors and two cycle oily exhaust from three motors. On one hand, maybe they didnt notice us. But on the other hand, Im pretty sure the first guy did look up and notice us and just went right on trimming within maybe 30 feet of us. There was no one else in the park but me and my adult son when they appeared on the scene. I felt it was pretty ridiculous and rude for them to foul the air with noise and exhaust when we were trying to play acoustic guitar and mandolin music on what should have been a beautiful enjoyable morning. Its a big park. They could have easily started somewhere else, then come back to finish the area where we were later. I feel that they should have been more considerate of our presence as visitors. We only had an hour to spend playing music together while I was on a pass from Betty Ford Center. I would have addressed the situation in a fairly unpleasant manner if my son had not dissuaded me. Other than that, it was great. Once they finally finished, we were able to play some peaceful acoustic music and enjoy the beautiful weather and truly beautiful park. The park is very well maintained and I acknowledge groundskeeping is perhaps the most important element of the beautiful park. The timing and apparent indifference of the three man crew was unfortunate.

A hidden gem off the beaten path in Rancho Mirage. This park features a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, immaculate restrooms, access to the equestrian trail, amphitheater, and a lovely view of the wash which shouldnt be missed during wildflower season in spring. Dog friendly. Plenty of shaded seating to enjoy a good book.

Honestly I personally love this park, and I really like that they still have the original fire truck. Im not sure why there really isnt much people.

One of the things the Park has to offer is the Rancho Mirage Art Festival...all original artwork, music..free. Thats just one good day at the park..so much happening there, bit dont tell everyone!!l

Nice Park in Rancho Mirage. They had some very nice shade trees put cut them down. Very sad. The park is nice though. If you find this review helpful please like the review.

The security guard was vigilant and keeps the park safe and enjoyable. We were told no scooters, bikes, or skateboards. I watched him chatting down different people with his golf cart to tell them no scooters and bikes.The park was recently renovated and childrens playground has many more things for kids to play. There are also s couple of tennis courts.

I love this park! Wonderful climbing structures for the kids... Concerts on Saturdays. Beautiful grass and decent restrooms near parking

Feels like you are always being watched not a park you can Just relax at. I grew up with parks that as a child I played at and as I got older Id sit and enjoy relax and think about life. I dont feel that comfort there.

The kids love the firetruck, and everything is shaded.

2 beautiful new Pickleball courts, for a great place to drop in for a game. Clean, quiet, and great views make this a perfect place to play Pickleball. Very friendly players of all levels, we felt welcomed immediately. We hope to go back regularly!

A very nice park with everything from basketball courts to a playground that has a ton of variety. A nice place to being the kids or just hang out alone.

Great park with old playground aesthetics, historical replicas and exercise equipment. Only wish the metal slide was shaded more in the hotter months.

I always go in hopes Ill see someone else unload their horse for a ride around that trail they have close by

Love this park!! Its beautiful has sections for the entire family, there is a toddler and childrens playground, great walking path, very well kept, just a wonderful place to play or relax.

Pretty nice park, however some very bored snooping seniors whom are renters and homeowners in the area patrol constantly and make things unnecessarily uncomfortable. Get a hobby !!

It seems to be a quiet park but, you cant skate,bike nor use have a safe place for children to learn to ride. That as well the security isnt the friendliness as well.

Its clean almost never packed with people and u can BBQ there they have grills

This is the worst!!! Now apparently the park is only for the rich people that pays to go to the events here what about us!!! The lights on the basketball courts No longer turn on!!! I used to bring my kids after work and after the sun goes down, but my surprise No LIGHTS!;;;;,now this park is useless for the working people,thanks rancho mirage. This park used to be full of people after the sun went down, cause we live in the desert!!!?we come to the park after sundown, I guess since politicians just sit on their asses all day they idont give a crap as long as they get more money on their pockets.
