Visited on February 29th 2020 from roughly 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.Paid the extra few dollars to feed the camels. Fed the sheep as well. Got some great (albeit a bit crowded) photos with the camels. Had the most fun with a small horse outside, closer to the parking lot, away from the crowds.I was surprised to not see camel milk offered in the gift shop. I guess thats our fault for not researching the camel dairy a bit more before attending.Definitely felt crowded throughout our time there. If you are parents with a group of small children, they wont notice and will love the entire experience. Highly recommend Oasis Camel Dairy for a young family activity.Looking for a fun activity as a couple? Perhaps look into booking a private tour of some kind instead. Without that intimacy, this feels more on par with buying a ticket to a small zoo rather than an invitation to a family run camel dairy.

A extremely unique experience. Show up early so you dont miss the show they put on. But if your on a budget then get there after the show and they dont charge to go in. You can feed and pet the camels and sheep. There are turkeys, many different birds and horses to look at but no touching or feeding. And you cant leave without taking a ride on a camel!

We decided to stop here yesterday for our oldest daughters 6th birthday. She was super excited at the idea of meeting camels face to face. We were greeted by the turkeys and another loud bird beside them that I didnt see what they were. We then went inside the gift shop and oh man does it smell sooooooo nice in there. Lotions, soaps, bath bombs, chapsticks, chocolates all made from camel milk. And of course super cute toys for the kids and a hilarious shirt that apparently was inspired by a 1 star yelp review. THAT person became famous for being unimaginative and for not enjoying a fun day with the camels. Oh well. Our daughters both loved feeding and petting the sheep and camels. And our daughter, Kierra the birthday girl, had the hugest smile on her face while riding the camel. Definitely a beautiful day yesterday for a trip here.

A MUST SEE! Discovered this place years ago and always look forward to returning! Nine miles east of Ramona on Hwy. 78. Great educational, fun trip for ages 3 and up. Reasonable admission prices; camel rides extra. Bring cash (easiest); credit cards accepted in the gift shop. Tours, camel rides, petting farm, exhibits, & animal show that the animals enjoy performing. 20 dromedary camels (friendly and cuddly), parrots, babydoll sheep, miniature donkeys, horses, herding farm dogs, meandering chickens, and racing turkeys (funny!) Presentations are educational, then feed, pet and interact with the animals. Kids love this place! I saw so many happy faces. My grandson and I took a memorable camel ride. Small gift shop offers rare camel hair yarn skeins, knit caps, a variety of gift items, and my favorite- RARE MILK Camel Milk Skincare. Made with all natural and organic camel milk, there are lotions, soaps, bath bombs and more. This estheticians favorite is the lotion with frankincense and myrrh. I highly recommend the Oasis Camel Dairy and the products they sell. Ice cold water and chips available. REAL (professionally trained) service dogs only. All other dogs (even emotional support pets) will not do well on this farm as the animals that live on this farm need to have their personal space and territory respected. Temperatures are high in this area, so please leave your dogs in the comfort if their own home, or in your air conditioned RV.

Delightful place. They love their camels and It showed. There are about a dozen camels of all sizes. Including a baby one and a pregnant one. They were very curious about us and sniffed us. They wanted a scratch. You can feed them but they were not doing that at the moment. They were very mellow! The owner have a most informing talk. I would have to say, these camels are very cared for! There is a small gift shop where you can by soap, lotion, and chocolates. Try it all. It is very good. Who knew?

A quaint family run business, really friendly staff and animals. We came on a week day (not week end!) and there was no wait for riding or feeding camels and sheep or visiting the turkeys and birds. There was a free bird show, hilarious free magic show, and during event days like watermelon days there are cute free games for the kids.I enjoyed the store and bought soap, imported chocolate and souvenirs. I liked the hot dog stand with cold drinks. I think for a small family farm they did an excellent job entertaining myself and my children. The calm, friendly and helpful attitude of everyone working there made it for me. I tend to get used to being rushed through my meals and activities, so the relaxed, laid back attitude of the farm is a unique change from the average attitude of most businesses these days.Worth it just to get an awesome selfie with the camels! You get 2 free treats with admission, and can purchase additional treats for just a buck. The trick is to back up very close to the camels and then hold the treat over your shoulder. Dont be shy! These big animals are very gentle.

What a great experience! the camels are very sweet, amazing to be that close to them, pet and feed them. The animal show was cute and funny.Bring cash its much easier, it cost $10 per adult and $1 for one little slice of apple to feed to camels. A little steep for what you get but it goes to a good cause. The store is very small could be expanded a little and add more things. The camel milk soap is great, very moisturizing but the lotion burns the heck out of my face!? the honey scent is not pleasing cost $8 so try them before you buy! I did not as we were all packed in the store like sardines. . All in all a nice outing and something new to do.
