Best vr experience in Raleigh, a lot of games to choose from, top notch equipment and well trained personnel to make your visit a memorable time to remember with your family. Very clean place btw, i notice the guys cleaning the head and hand sets thoroughly, that is a good plus. Recommended!!!

Phenomenal experience! I contacted them late last night to book a last minute birthday party for today. I got an instant response and was able to pay the invoice shortly after. Thats all it took to win me over for future events. We will definitely be going back!

This place is really fun to visit and play with all the different VR games. It is really fun and I highly recommend going here for birthday parties or just to have fun. I first went as a part of a birthday party, and had a blast. I am sure that I will be back!!

Great VR gami g facility with a wide library of games.

My son and nephews love the multi-player games. Thet had a blast playing Cowboys vs. Aliens. The price was affordable for the experience. The staff were very nice and accommodating to give you time to get into the game. Definitely will come back!

We got a party package for my daughters 11th birthday. She, her friends, and my family had a blast. The staff was really nice and helpful without being overbearing. We had two hours of playtime and enjoyed every minute. Well be back, Im sure.

Pretty cool place to experience VR if you have never tried it yet. Mostly recommend Beat Saber or Arizona Sunshine. Both really fun!

Great place for kids (and adults!). We had a lot of fun. Really helpful staff that talked us through the games we weren’t familiar with. They have quite a few games (maybe close to 100). I’d def recommend this place.

Thank you for having me play at your establishment. Please go here the staff are angels they were so kind to me. If anyone treats the staff badly they are demons. They have a wide variety of game. They’re immersive and in my opinion they are too immersive. I can’t say this enough but thank you for having me two days in a row. I just wish I could go here more often but I won’t be in the state for much longer. If I come back I’m going to here if it’s the first thing I do.

Went for my sons 13th birthday. Had a great time. The games are fun and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it if you like playing video games.

My adolescent son enjoyed the games, hence the 3 stars, however, the remainde of the review will be from the point of view of the paying adult. :)The staff were plentiful, but very detached from the experience. I walked in very confused as I did not really know how the process worked and when I asked for clarity I was told...”well the times and prices are posted on the wall”. Then the person at the reception counter just stared at me. There were 3 others behind the counter just talking amongst themselves. When I decided about the length of time I wanted, I still had questions about the games but decided not to bother.While waiting for a game to become free I observed a kid’s game end and he had no idea what to do. He started to wonder and tripped over the extremely temporary looking metal game dividers that were composed of a flimsy metal frame covered by a curtain. Finally one of the 4 staff members that were in the back joking amongst themselves noticed and unhooked him. The headset is NOT wireless so that is a safety issue as well. I had to untangle my son so he would not trip.When we were done I had no idea what to do (just like the kid I saw earlier) so I just unhooked my son and left the equipment on the floor. After going this I turned around and saw the staff just staring at us. No “thank you come again”, no “place the equipment here” no instructions what so ever. I will not be back.

Good escape for an afternoon. The staff are super helpful and give a tutorial before your time startsSome equipment malfunctions but they are always good about comping the time!

I was quite pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and the VR was quite immersive. Lots of cool games. A great activity to do with a group of friends!

Everything was neat and tidy and the staff were very polite. Aided me when needed and kept checking on me with additional instructions. Will recommend.

Not friendly for taller people. Kept hitting the bar, when reaching up, also the wires kept hitting me in the face. Inconvenient to change the games, you have to ask the employee to change it for you, versus using the ingame menu system. Employee seemed annoyed every time we wanted to change the game.Games were fun. They had a large selection. I, personally, would not go to this location again.
