The venue is great, and the people seem very nice. Its neat to have community theatre vibes mixed with big names such as Ira David Wood III & IV putting on well loved performances. My first time here was 4 years ago with a class from NC State to see Dracula, and then when I discovered Dracula was playing again, we went back to relive that first experience. I very much enjoyed both experiences, and I look forward to going back very soon! Theyre doing a lot of construction currently, so things are a little different with all the orange tape and fencing, but the people are very accommodating, and Im sure everything will be lovely once the work is complete!

I loved this place. I look forward to going back. I’ve never been to a play sadly but saw Dracula the other day here. It was a lovely theatre with very warm and welcoming staff. They even gave out free Halloween cookies and cupcakes! I loved the play and was inspired by the entire experience.

The parking was a problem. Renovations have the grounds of the building restricted so we had to walk over a mile downhill to a nearby parking lot. The play was great.

This Theatre is very intimate, very organized and well-run, and has excellent shows! It is NOT outdoors, as many people think. It is situated in Pullen Park, thus its name. Assigned seats, professional talent, bar and concessions, lovely lobby and waiting areas.

Had a great time! Love the intimacy of the small stage. Parking is a disaster, though.

It is a cozy and cute little location very close to NC State and Pullen Park. The location is pretty hard to find if you are using a GPS, so be careful. We went to the Santa Land Diaries which they put on every year for a few showings and it was hilarious! The show was definitely not PC but delightfully honest about what a daily life of an elf is like during the holiday rush. They offer refreshments and beverages. However, parking is a bit of a night mare so get there early!

We saw a Christmas play here. Parking was a bit weird but on the bright side when we went in we were welcomed and was able to get good seats. The seating is a bit tight like a sporting event and there are snacks and adult beverages for sale as well. Great venue overall

Nice little theater perfect for the one man show we saw. Inexpensive. Had seats up in the top but could see pretty well. Helpful friendly staff who mightve been volunteering. Dont know for sure.

I know the expectation for community theater is lower than say a place like DPAC but the plays we have seen here, while not having the same level of stage sets have been just as good. We recently saw Glorious! a few weeks ago and it was fantastic.

Re: A Christmas Carol 12/9. The curtain call threw a wet blanket on an otherwise delightful experience. Like many, post election sadness has consumed me. This play was the perfect reminder to see the good in our lives and to be kind to one another. I was refreshed. Then came Davids reminder of the election divisiveness and the singing of God Bless America. You should know the (unintended) result was a slap back to our sad reality. It ruined the show for me. I understand your need to do something. Perhaps just performing the play says it all.
