This kids museum is totally worth every penny!! Its a must visit if you are in Raleigh, NC. A great variety of activities and toys for children ages 18 months and above. Its really colorful, with huge play spaces. You can take great kid pictures of your little ones at work.Do bring a snack and change if clothes ( toddlers) for some water exploration activities (indoors). We went around Thanksgiving so it was cold and we hardly went out, but they do have a really cool outdoor space too.Their gift shop is more like a toy store, and it has a great variety of toys and books for kids of all ages. You will find creative toys that are not available anywhere else. So its definitely a great place to buy stuff for your child and even great gifts!!

I visited today with my eleventh month old and was impressed with how many activities there were that catered to her age. The museum is colorful, informative, and offers so many fun things to so. There are indoor and outdoor spaces to explore, and I appreciated being able reserve an entry time. I am excited to take my daughter back, and plan to get a year pass!

I still haven’t received the refund that I asked to be placed. When I asked Regina for the refund she replied, “thanks so much for making me give you a refund.” Give me my money back! These people should not work around children. The director of guest experience is a joke. Madison Pharr has absolutely know idea how to properly deal with guests. This is truly disappointing how poorly trained the staff is.I can’t wait to share with everyone the staffs behavior. View it on YouTube soon. My lawyer already saw it and there are civil rights issues. It’s all recorded. The “manager” on duty, the ticket handler, the young girl who said she “didn’t care what happened and how the employee spoke” and the security guard who was trying to be intimidating. I was advised to not show it until we file our lawsuit. I will never allow anyone with a child to not know the horrible behavior that happened today from that staff.

When Marbles first re-opened after being closed for months due to all this Covid-Mania panic nonsense...we called in first, ASKING them up front if us not wearing masks was going to be an issue at all and we were told no, it wouldn’t be. Then three days later when we showed up there with our three-year-old for our scheduled time to enter, they had a male Karen, is that a Kevin? of a Kyle then? and he said, “I cannot allow you to even ENTER without masks on.” My wife tried talking to the guy, but was wasting her breath.... I walked away TICKED and had to console my son who was now in tears once I told him, “They won’t let us in...” I’ve never been so ticked at a business in my entire life. That same week we cancelled our membership and will never darken they door of this ridiculous business ever again. We will never support companies or businesses such as this who so openly and blatantly discriminate against people...

The Marbles Kids Museum was highly recommended and did not disappoint! It was so much fun, especially on a rainy day. Each room is a new adventure that gets kids imaginations working! Parents can also play and enjoy themselves. There are outdoor areas in addition to 2 indoor levels and a movie theater next door. The museum is disability accessible. There are weekend hours - we went on Mothers Day. The amount of activities was well worth the price of admission. The gift shop was moderately priced and has so much to choose from.

We love Marbles! For parents with young children, this museum is a gem. As other reviewers have mentioned, you and your kiddos could spend hours here and not be bored as there are several exhibits designed to ignite their curiosity. I love that Marbles emphasizes the importance of play and imagination for children. At many of their exhibits, youll find that they translate concepts such as money/budgeting, customer service, weather, emergency personnel, into messages that young children can better understand. It does tend to get slammed on holidays and weeeknds as you can imagine, but despite that, because there is so much to do, youll find that there is a good flow between the exhibits and how many children are in a location at once.

What a wonderful concept...learning while playing. My grandson is only 15 months, but now walking, he can explore different aspects of science and nature. It is a perfect museum for children to grow into. Lots to do for all ages. You can spend hours there, or like us, 1hr. Depends on the age of the child. Luckily, the walk in person, myself, admission was only $7.+ tax. I bought my son, daughter in law and grandson a member ship for Christmas at $120. It jumped to $130 for the new year. Pretty steep for families trying to live. Then the next membership is $150. That gives you an opportunity to see other museums.Parking can add up in the oarking garage also.

Such as, people with Bank Of America credit or debit card, need NOT to pay any entry fees. I was expecting staff to let me know this as you are charging for kids anyway, why to charge adults when they literly do not have anything to do at this place except taking care of there children.

Spent 3 hours here recently, my son loves it. There are so many things to keep your little one busy. My only complaint, which isn’t the museum’s fault, is that there are so many “mean” children. One girl reminded me of the kid from problem child. My son was playing with the pretend oven and she comes over and yells “hey I was going to play with that!! Move out of the way!”.. few minutes later my son was moving her cart out of his way and she yells “hey that’s my cart! Don’t touch it!”... I didn’t see her parents, no one was watching her. I’ve been to other children’s museums and this seems to be the worst with unsupervised children. But I do love what this place has to offer. It’s creative and very fun. Just please watch your children! Don’t be one of those parents.
