Very rarely am I dissatisfied with the service at canna cabinet. My most recent trip had Jesse R. As my budtender and she was helpful and very welcoming. If your on the fence about trying this place out dont be shy.

Went back yet again yesterday, My budtender Melinda was awesome as always along with all the other staff as well. I am able to say that out of my experiences Canna Cabinet has provided me with the best prices and products. I will be returning.

Once again my experience with Canna Cabinet was phenomenal. I live in Co Springs and always take the time to drive down anytime I need to re-up because they always have the best deals going on. Their customer service is also the best I’ve personally experienced.

Why drive to Pueblo West when the southside has the best selection and fast, friendly service? Kevin and the crew have been my go to dispo since the city voted to open recreational shops in 2016. I get excellent grams of gold for $20-30 at Canna Cabinet. They have something for everyone.

Bait and switch menu. 3/3 times I’ve tried to come and buy something based on their Weedmaps menu and they told me they couldn’t sell it to me because it “wasn’t in the system yet” Don’t know why it would be on the menu unless your trying to bait customers with something than sell them whatever else you have/want. complete waste of time, I used to come here at least once a week but considering no longer supporting if this is how they treat their customers

Monday August 23 i went to the rec side of this dispensary the cashier on register 2 was unbelievably rude and practically rushed me out the door. I ask her for help with signing up for the rewards and she couldnt even bother to help me. Very disappointed and i will gladly shop elsewhere

I have been going here for a while now I enjoy Boulder Built and Binske, if they have. Which is not my issue. My issue is I have called and come in several times to no Boulder Built after being told there is. I have been given free items to make up for their mistakes yet it keeps happening. The security guard wants to answer all your questions but has absolutely 0 knowledge of whats in stock or what they even sell. When speaking with a manager today his offered solution is that I take it upon my self to bypass their issues and use weed maps from now on to see their live inventory. Instead of addressing ANY of the in house issues. This idea that customers need to do anything to make your establishment a more efficient place is absurd and I would love to know the management playbook this came from. I visited multiple times a week and will longer support this establishment.

Didnt have the juicy cartridge that they said they had online but gave me a great deal on a refillable one.

Its about time I write a review for this place.I have been going here since shortly after it opened. The staff here are awesome, amazing really. They answer all the questions I have, even looking up strain details for me, and are tolerant of my sometimes-chatty nature. The service is quick, but I cant say I have ever felt rushed. I tend to go on and on abut my fishing, but they dont seem annoyed by it. It means a lot to me.I only consume concentrates and the prices here are on point. They have an awesome selection on each price range. The purity of the concentrates isnt bad, either. I would say they buy from good producers. Sometimes youll see the brown stuff I hear people dont like( I am not too picky about it).They sell glass pieces here for reasonable prices, too. I have a glass guy, but I should include the presence of pieces in the review. Other products like ointments, THC and CBD vape products, various edibles, and of course papers and the like are all available here as well. In that regard, its like other dispensaries.Overall where this place stands out is the service and prices. Taxes are included in the price you see. You see 20$, you pay 20$(unless discounted at time of purchase). There is never a large line. At most I have had to wait behind 3 people on an average busy day, not like 4/20 or other holidays. Wait time is no longer than 5 minutes, but thats a guess. I dont pay attention to it. I just know that I am never annoyed by how long I have to wait.This is a fantastic place. Im picky about service, as can be seen in my other reviews. This place really makes me happy.

They dont care about the customer. Seeds and stems in the prerolls. No kind of reward program. The one they have is a forced amount to get a minor discount. If you dont pay the said amount no discount or log of any purchases. So customer doesnt matter if the amount is not enough. Door guy tells you dont like get out. Great door service? This place has turned into a joke. They want nothing but your money.

Drove an hour down from the Springs just to buy some cartridges from Canna Cabinet to get home and find a broke cartridge (plastic tip completely broken). Called and spoke with the manager and was told it’s the manufacturers fault and that they WILL NOT refund or make things right. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN.

This place is the worst. They sell weed that is moldy. They hide their scale so you cant see if youre getting what you paid for. They put in stems and shake at the bottom of your weed and cover it with buds.The owner and manager are real douchebags. I called to ask if they found a credit card last night. The man on the phone couldnt just say yes or no, he had to be a jerk and kept saying need more information. What a complete ass. I I suggest the 404 on Greenwood, downtown. They are very nice very helpful and you can see everything theyre doing!

Used to come here a lot until the quality of concentrates went down hill. Bought some from the Rockin extracts brand (which was recommended by the budtender, we had a conversation about his buddy being the owner of Rockin.) $25 gram of concentrate that tastes the way burning trash smells. Absolutely unsmokeable. I called and complained to which the manager said hed call back with a resolution. Twice i have called back and they cant seem to agree on a resolution. The concentrate i bought is now in the garbage where it belongs. Will not be returning to this establishment. Bad quality product and sub par customer service.
