My family & I (I have 3 young children) have lived here for 3 years & we absolutely love it! Friendly staff as well as neighbors. Very quiet & no complaints for us! We love living here & wouldnt recommend any where else.

Since purchasing a mobile home here in 2017, the management team has done an excellent job improving and upgrading the entire park. Derelict structures have been removed, fences have been replaced, electricity is being upgraded, secure entry has been installed and the pool has been re-opened to the pleasure of my children and grandchildren. Not only have old homes been removed, but new homes are being installed and sold to new families. The entire park is being rejuvenated and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Tally and Pueblo Grande owners and management!

I run a home repair business and have alot of customers that live in this park Ive been going there for 29yrs. The new owners have really been making great improvements and up grades adding alot of new homes and landscaping its really one of the best Parks in town

Management has cleaned up the park from unwanted guests. They are started to do landscaping, extra security with coded gates. Everyone that works there is friendly and willing to help you all that they can. I love it here and plan on staying for a long, long time... Nice family atmosphere .

New management has really made some great improvements to the park. New fence and a gate at entrance, improved pool fence, community activities and new landscaping with much more planned.

Great location on the North side of Pueblo, close to stores & restaurants. Friendly staff. Residents are nice, good mix of ages. There have been recent upgrades like a new security gate and 3 brand new homes were just moved in!

Don’t own an old trailer here they will find a way to kick you out for “non payment “ throw you property in the street. They hate homeowners and want you to rent so they can change you double worthless office employees

I have lived here for 3 years and i got a dog and have had him for 8 months now and on Saturday i got my first infraction with my dog barking and was accused of letting him bark all day and night but i have not had any complaints until 6-12-15 my crackhead neighbor turned me into the humane society and they found nothing wrong and today 6-15-15 i get notice i must get rid of my dog your pets are not to be left outside during the day or at night unless someone is at home so i will be moving from here and will never return and i suggest if you dont like druggies and love pets find somewhere else to live these ppl are horrible and only care about your money

Very relaxing environment

I have family with my two year old daughter that rent here. There has been word delivered that the new owners are kicking all of the renters out. Despicable. First their trailer doesnt get the repairs that have been requested for months, and now they are being kicked out? Takes a special kind of monster to remove a mother and two year old from a home. Do not go here. Its ran by awful people who do not care about their residents. And many of the residents are snobs.

Staff is always friendly. Ive seen much improvement in the years Ive been here. As a homeowner, Im very happy here. They should do away with some renters. Some really dont take pride in our community.

Worst place you can live. I am trying so hard to get out of here. I have things in my house that have been broken since i moved in that are still broken and that was over 2 yrs ago. They supposedlly have a 24 maintenance but you can NEVER get an answer. We went one whole weekend without water, not just me but most of the park because no one would answer the 24 hour line. The rent goes up every year but they really are not doing anything to warrant it, cosmetic stuff is all.

The management since Jan left is terrible. The maintenance sucks. There is a very large tree that has not been trimmed in over three years. The branches of this tree have broken my window and removed roof sealer from my mobile home. I have notified the management by phone, letter, and in person. The management and maintenance have done nothing about this. Jan had the trees trimmed yearly. This tree is now dead and a danger. The sewer backs up and leaks under my mobile home. I have notified the management. The management and maintenance still do nothing. All the management does is collect rent.

Worst place I have ever lived. I still have things broken that I reported over a year ago. The maintenance here is terrible. All you ever hear is file a report which I have done several times. It does not do any good! Update 07/24/2016 I still have MANY things broken and the fact that most of the ratings are a 1 should tell you something. There are closet doors that broke in one of the bedrooms over a year ago and instead of fixing them correctly they bought parts that did not fit, so now they are broken again and they admit they did it wrong and need to order the correct parts. This entire park is falling apart and nothing is being done.

We have had nothing but issues that were left unresolved since we have moved in. There has been a strong sewer smell in my bath room for months, the air conditioner spit water all over the house and ruined my furniture before they fixed it and when they did, it was with a tiny air conditioner that is not suitable to cool the home down, I asked for a hinge pin on a door that was missing one from the day we moved in, a drawer has been broken in the bathroom since day one, I will also need to fight them for a new heating filter, not to mention that there is a strong gas odor that is always present in the laundry room from the water heater. Not to mention that every blind in the place was broken when we moved in and the walls all are in desperate need of patching holes and painting. Ten months later, I was hung up on by the maintenance man after he told me I would be responsible for an issue that has only continued to escalate. Every single sink, tub and toilet in the home is backed up with sewer water. We were expected to deal with it until the next day because he could not be bothered to find out if the company they use does after hours calls. Not to mention the fact that after 10 months of being in a rental that has broken shards of glass on the walls, they have decided to raise the rent another $55 dollars a month. Just another slum in Pueblo. Multiple trailers that are empty and visibly in bad condition. Avoid at all costs.

The maintance man mike is very rude. Acts like he owns the place. They also dont take there residents illnesses and hospitalizations into consideration expecally whene there posting things on the door knowing that your not home.. i went to go check on my dads place while he was in the hospital with a blood clot and grab some of his childrens clothes and his and there was a court order for him to move for little anount of money that they know he takes care of. Has never went a full month without paying his bills. He wont trust anyone with his funds in the bank he is the type to take care of it his self. But since he has been ill its been hard on the whole family.. i just think they couldve handled things alot different than the way the managers at pueblo grande village did. Very upset.... very dissappointed in how they handled things. I wouldnt reccommend anyone to move in to that place expecially if your ill..

They seized our trailer right after we purchased it from one of their tenants. We are still fighting to get our trailer back and all of this started 6 months ago! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT rent from them. They will only try to screw you.
