Use to be nice trailer park now very run down

I have always loved living here. I have lived here for 3 years and like everyone in the park except in trailer 17 I have had nothing but trouble out of him he can not and will not get his leak fixed under his house, me and my husbend have to live with smelling swer coming from his house. Besides that this place is great quit dont have to worry about things getting taken everyone watches out for each other here I love it is a very good place to live.

This place was a little bit scary but Runyon lake is nice.

Ive lived here for the last ten years and I have not seen anything but people trying to help each other.I believe that the management does what ever it can to improve the park. And people just dont like the way things are done so they have to lie about the way the trailer park is. Just dont cause any problems or drama and youll have a great place to live.

Not a nice place

People are friendly,calm at night,very well kept mobile home park right near gas stations and the main road to Wal-Mart grocery outlet,and a family Dollar.if you got a few extra bucks the dog and horse track by taco Bell Pizza hut Subway and a dispensary to get legal marijuana Colorado residence.

As good as a trailer park at 11:00pm gets. Yippie

They are scam artist or so I thought until I gave them a Chance Lynn has been nothing but helpful to us I love my place and my neighbors as long as you dont bother them they wont bother you I think I will stay here.its a good place to live...

Not to mention trees not kept up with by owner of property and the eople at the office are teribbel with talking to people and have no sense other then that it is a nice tralir park wouled like to rent one if I could have understood the lady

This place is trash. The management will screw you over in any way possible. Maintenance is a joke. Trees falling on trailers, needles everywhere. Most drama filled trailer park ive ever lived in. I got stalked and harassed every time i left my house Because i complained about the park upkeep. They refuse to fix or clean the problems in the park. I currently have harrasments charges against #28, maintenance, & management. Code enforcement should shut this place down, Electric poles are not up to date. Very bad place to live. I wouldnt recommend this trailer park to my wost enemy.

These people are just sad that they got evicted. Matt and Stephanie got trailers to fix them up and sell them but they didnt do anything just sold them how they were and they got them trailers shut down. Matt says he will do things for you but backs out of what he promised he would do. This is not a bad area to have kids. And for them having harassment charges on maintenance and manager and space 28 they are a bunch of liers. These people are scammers and very scandalous. The trailer park is not a bad place like these people are saying. No matter where you go there will always be Hippocrates like these people.

I have lived here before and management dont know a thing about fixing your trailer the traliers are not wired right there are drug addicts every not safe for your children to play outside... Please dont ever live here this place is a dangerous place to stay

Nice trailerpark

The worst experience of my life. One cover up after another.Walking around the trailer park there are drug needles everywhere. Watching the other tenants sitting on the porch shooting up in their feet was a daily thing. Prostitutes are allowed to have business on the lots they live in and any vacant trailer available. I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO RISK THEIR LIVES OR THE LIVES OF THEIR CHILDREN.

No bother from neighbors or land lord and quite at night,even though its off lake Ave.(a busy street )in pueblo,co southside of town.

This park is trash owned by John Thatcher that has no idea how much management does they will screw you over and do not keep the park clean maintenance is trash cant even keep the park clean needles all over the park he acts like he works all day but honestly he sits at his moms house and has no idea how to fix anything first time you tell them something about how much they need to do they will try to evict you my suggestion dont move there they will try to steel your trailer and evict you !!trash trash trash brings a whole new definition to trailer park trash
