If I could leave zero stars I would. My family used to live here for many years. Up until recent management took over and we were FORCED out of our home! Pay your rent on time, and they have nothing better to do than to drive around harassing residents all day long.Nothing is maintained, and the workers are treated like slaves. When the weather turned bad, residents are charged for clean-up. They absolutely REFUSE to do anything about the drugs, squatters, and sexual predators that reside im the park. And Im pretty sure there are homes for sale now, that STILL have people living in them...Cmon, no one raises their rents 5 times in less than 6 months. That is just unheard of. While my family rented there, anytime you asked for something to be fixed, the person asking had to pay out of pocket. According to Colorado law, this is illegal as well.Dont bother contacting the property owners either, they do not seem to care. Our efforts went unnoticed. Please do yourself a favor, and avoid this place at ALL COSTS!drove by my home daily calling me names in Spanish. This is FAR from professional behavior! These people go to far! Please protect your family, avoid this place!

Property Management thinks they are above the law. They like to threaten and intimidate when they dont get their way. The lease is meaninglessness, when they change it without your knowing or signature.They treat their residents like dirt, and refuse to maintain the property which IS their legal obligation. Many times we had random hidden charges that would show up on our rent, with no explanation whatsoever. The often times like to change the rent, without notice.When moving out, Notice was given. But now they are calling, and threatning to continue to charge us rent. But 5 seconds later, they call my boyfriend, and are polite and asking whats up. I dont appreciate the tone.The electricity in the former dwelling was shotty, and we had to replace breakers often. The electrical sockets would often get so hot that they would burn us upon unplugging items.The central heat and air does not work.the walls were full of mold and had severe water damage.I have epilepsy and a special needs child with an immune dis, HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY MAKING PEOPLE LIVE THIS WAY? It is apuling all around.

Pretty sure I saw squatters I know theres drug activity and these people dont watch their kids its terrible they are not checking for sex offenders so I think thats a big deal

The manger was rude and she was super unprofessional... I suggest this company finds a new manager because there losing business. Which is a down fall financially for the company...

Run down trailer park on the east side. Half the trailer are not liveable.
