Honestly, I was expecting something like an Alfys arcade, where you can spend an hour driving a motorcycle and find out everything there is to know about the game. Psyche! There are wall-to-wall pcs, just about every gaming console you can imagine, and if you want to play some other game you can log into your steam account, battlenet, etc. Its freaking $4 for an hour. I thought my bro that told me about this had to be mistaken. Nope, theyre legit. Highly recommended 10/10

From a year of going there i consistently continue to go back to LAN King. Super friendly attitude always willing to help out! LAN King has become a second home and will Constantly refer people over to them! Love the smash scene down there too!

One of the best, and most caring Local Business that is proud to support and grow its local gaming scene.They accommodate people very well, and care a lot about people leaving knowing they had a good time and enjoyed their experience.I come here every Tuesday to participate in their Smash Tournaments, and always had a great time. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who either wants a place to hang out and socialize with other gamers, or just wants a nice place to play video games alone.

Without any regarding to social distancing rules this local held a tournament on 8/19/20 just one day after five more people lost their lives to covid-19 in Utah. The moderators in their chat rooms during the live they hosted were mean to anyone talking about the precautions that should have been taken. People were wearing masks but there was no social distancing and masks unfortunately are not 100% effective. To make matters worst they started to time out people who were talking about the risks and only further enabled the lies being spread to the multiple people watching. They said to contact a TO so that we could talk about it but after trying to contact them via message on multiple sites such as Facebook, twitch and Twitter just to obtain contact info my pleas were ignored. Young children watch these lives and listen to the top players this local brings, its extremely dangerous to allow the spread of misinformation to kids and make them think its okay to risk themselves because even if they are low risk they still spread it and could be harming friends and family. I ask that they take better precautions and learn from their mistakes.

A very fun place to go with friends. Get to play the games you dont have on very nice, fast devices. Not to mention, nice furniture to lounge on.

Fantastic staff, aesthetic is really pleasant. Computer setups are super solid, although I havent tried the VR rigs. The Smash tourneys have been the most fun Ive had in a long time, pretty coordinated and super friendly (surprisingly). Unlike the competitor Ive gone to (Gamer Planet), they have a bit more concessions and an hour of PC is 4$ as opposed to 7$ if I recall correctly. Im not sure if thats credited to the quality of the computers or not, as I only played League of Legends (which isnt super graphically intense), but it ran highest settings well over 150 fps.

I used to love going to this place for VR gaming. Their setup is very nice and the atmosphere is comfy.However, I was charged double because I brought a second person (we took turns) and didn’t get any sort of refund. They ran the time for both of us simultaneously for the same rig? Nonsense.My third time in, the right VR controller kept losing connection even with decent battery charge. I kept informing the desk guy over and over that it was broken. When he saw it reconnected and disconnected at random and didn’t follow proper input, he gave me a snide comment about it “being fine.” And quickly left.Once again, another experience where a refund was reasonable. Instead I will never be returning again.

Cozy spot! Love meeting new friends and playing Rocket League. So cool to have an arcade like this in Provo still. Feels a bit like going back in time and how things would be in the 80s.LAN for life!

Hands down everything Ive ever wanted in one place: Beastly gaming machines, LAN parties, every console you could ever want, awesome art, and even snacks and drinks to keep you gaming all night long. Ive hosted parties, and my wife even took me there for a VR date and it was a blast. Highly recommend!

By far the worst lan center I have ever been to. This place should get shut down for constantly breaking fire code for occupancy limits.

Great equipment computers worked great. They treat new customers very well. very friendly employees working the desk. It is a hole in the wall local though and some problems with headset.

A GUARANTEED good time. The proprietors/managers of LAN King are all young guys, very personable and dedicated to creating a great atmosphere in which anybody could feel comfortable letting loose and enjoying some video games with friends. A definite recommended 5 stars for me. I will be returning. They just announced that next year they will start weekly tournaments for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and thats amazing. If you have any interest whatsoever in gaming, look at LAN King for a fun night out.

Nice, clean place that you can play games. Pricing is pretty good. $4 per hour for PCs and consoles. $10 per 30 minutes for VR games. It was not too loud or dark which I liked.

Love this place its super chill, rates are really low, great for hanging out with friends. The computers and accessories are really nice and the consoles are hooked up to big projectors.

LAN King has become a second home for me, the people working there are friendly and its an all around comfortable place to hang out. Ive participated in some of their tournaments, and I had a ton of fun.If you live in Provo, and you love playing games, come down and start grinding.

Hands down, this is one of the best LAN Arcades I have ever been to. The pricing is super reasonable, the game selection is great, and the facility is clean and inviting. Staff was amazing and the machines ran really well despite it being a busier night. I will definitely be back.

LAN King is awesome, huge supporters of the local scene and a growing business to pay attention to. Esports isnt going away any time soon, and LAN King is at the forefront of the business with state of the art facilities, tournaments often, and great staff.Also a great place to just chill or take a date.

Tournaments are super fun even if youre not competing, chill environment and as soon as the bracket starts thinking they open up the monitors for casual play, definitely recommend! (Im talking about the Smash Bros tournaments on Tuesdays)

Fun place

Ive been to LAN King a few times now and its been a great experience each time. Everyone that works there is easy to talk to and happy to help with anyone thats new or isnt too familiar with gaming in general.Ive gone with a group and by myself. Its fun either way. People are respectful, etc.If you get hungry, they have pizza and some other snacks and a soda fountain, including free water if you want.They also give you an hour of free play for your first time there, so thats really cool.

Frustrating. The actual center for gaming is cool and edgy.This review is for their customer service. Today is the Forth of July they are closed. I had to drive there today to find no sign, only the door shut and locked. I tried calling multiple times during operating hours multiple times multiple days in advance and never had anyone answer. There was never anything posted online or anywhere easily found. I mean come on… how hard is it to post something online or to answer your phone?EditAfter the outreach From LAN King they showed with great customer service that this one incident was miss understanding. Based upon they way the situation was cleared up and the other great ways they operate I am happy to be a supporter and customer. This place is great!

I came in thinking that this was a decent place, but right as I stepped in I was shocked to see how modern this place is. And the most surprising was how affordable it is. High quality place, good for parties, chilling, bachelor parties and more. They serve food, drinks and the service there is unlike any other. I can go on and on about this place, but straight to the point, it is unlike any other game center. You can easily lose track of time! Great place! Wish I could give it a 10 star.

I have bought a monthly pass which gives me unlimited time to game. It is well worth it, if you play more than 25 hours a month. Its a reasonable price too!! The maintain their computers often as well. Its a really cool place to chill.

Really awesome place! The owner is a great guy and wants you to have a good time for a great price. Drinks and snacks available for reasonable prices and its really a nice, modern place to go and hang out.

This review will sound like an advertisement but it is sincere. LAN King is very impressive. I went with friends for the first time and the staff were very helpful getting us started. If you are the slightest bit interested you should just walk in and give it a try.

Went for a friends birthday. It was a blast! Ive never done anything like this before, and was worried it would be stinky, musty, nerdy, but the design of the lounge was great. Everything was clean, the aesthetics were perfect, and the hardware was great. The first hour was free, and when the time we paid for was about to expire at like 11:45 the manager told us he added time so we could play til 12:00. Definitely recommend!

If you are a gamer without a good computer setup this is the place for you. I would definitely go again. The wall art was amazing as well.

This place is like the Bellagio of gaming lounges.Gamed some LoL with two other friends and the custom computers, corsair headphones and gaming mouse were all more than I could ever ask for at only $4/hr. Great LAN center. Its a bit hard to find but once on the inside they have some great hardware and awesome atmosphere.

Really friendly staff, helpful when my brother and I wanted to have a duo setup on PUBG and didnt know how. Had one problem with a computer, but it got fixed. Hourly prices are beyond reasonable. Great place, will definitely visit regularly.

Great customer service free water and popcorn high tech headphones no lagy computers and alienwear head phones your in this dark room and they close the door so there is no sound. There prices are great only 5 dollars an hr and your first time there an hr free and their unlimited 20 dollar pass for a week with unlimited hours if you love playing video games come and try it for yourself you wont regret it!!!!!!
