Has a lot of crafting things

I love this store! I could spend hours in here. They have way more options then Michaels and Joanns. My favorite place to get candles always getting 3 for 10 such a great deal. Great coupons always, and great selection on almost anything. Become a rewards member and after a few purchases you get a 10 dollar gift card. Love this place.

Would love to give them five stars, but just like a lot of places, they dont have enough help. But their help is great! Needed help with a new project and they were super helpful.Walked me to the products I needed and had advice on how to best accomplish my plan.

I love AC Moore. But I believe you need carts to ride on for handicapped people. I was at AC Moore for about 20 minutes tonight before I couldnt walk anymore and had to leave. I remember when I was healthy and why would go there and stay for 2 hours and spend a lot of money. Im just suggesting Mark carts or they call them .

Called ahead to check inventory on an item. Since I am disabled, searching for it myself would have been difficult. Manager verified item was there and volunteered to bring 1 of the two they had to Customer Service to make it easier for me. Much appreciated.

Well-priced items, can usually find everything Im looking for there. They also have really good sales. A great place for low to mid budget artists!

My visit yesterday at AC Moore was fine. However, on a visit earlier in December, the store manager was quite rude. There were lines at what I thought was at all 3 registers open. I picked a line and stood quietly and happily to wait my turn. I no sooner took up my place when I was informed by said manager in her best snarky voice that there is only one line and you need to go to the back of that line! She smiled through her her remark, but when I went to the back of the line, I was told that she was getting great pleasure out of embarrassing people the same way she embarrassed me and me feel quite small. There is no need for her tone. There were no signs regarding the line; no area roped off; no announcement made as to this plan. There is no reason for rudeness. I love your store, but am less likely to stay if I come across her after entering.

I think my largest complaint is the quality vs price point. I think for what is available, it is (more often than not) over priced. But its there if youre in a pinch, they have alot of stuff to look at! I would definitely check online stores with better and bulk offerings!

They have some great quality products and about the same selection as Michaels. I dont feel like there are a ton of employees to help locate harder to find items, but it is a good store with good value and I will probably continue shopping here for craft purchases that I need immediately.

My favorite local craft store for me and my wife. If you plan on going make sure you hit the internet and get one of there great coupons. 40, 50, even as much as 55% off an item. Over half off. If you need a big ticket item it is a steal. They also honor Michaels Crafts coupons if they have a better sale going on so you dont need to worry and find a Michaels. Great customer service also. If the lines get long they promptly open more registers. In closing, the store is neat, clean and organized. Highly recommended.

Will be very say to see this brand go and some there are already several Micheal stores in the area it will probably be closing this location

A.c.moore is a good craft store not a huge selection in many departments but its ok.

My Granddaughter loves this store and the many crafts to choose from.

Christmas decorations were pretty much picked over. I was shopping for 2 different items that were not on sale but that was ok because I had coupons that could only be used on non sale items. However, they would not let me use both coupons. One coupon was 50% off 1 item, the other coupon was 60% off 1 item. I bought 2 different items & wanted to use 1 coupon for 1 item & the other coupon for the other item, separate transactions. Both coupons expired today, just got one of the coupons yesterday in an email from them. They said you can only use 1 coupon a day, even though they are different percentage off coupons.

Love going to A.C.Moore. They always have sales. The people who work there are always helpful when Im there. Always find what I need plus . So if you like crafts A.C.Moore is the place to go.

Poorly stocked shelves, boxes everywhere, prefer, Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

Was in there for awhile. Christmas gifts that are unique and personal take a bit of thinking. Probably looked like a weirdo or I was up to no good, hahaha. However, I was not in there for that. Employees were actually not following me around or being real pushy to get me out. A lot of stores dont do this any more. Well done !! Friendly and professional.

Store is always cleaned and well stocked. Staff is helpful and always willing to answer questions or help with coupons.

Great selection of art supplies and the prices are decent if you get coupons and are part of the rewards program. The staff is pretty helpful too and very nice. Line waits arent too bad in the middle of day during week but can get long during weekend.
