So much fun! We did the 2 hour tour and the guide was great, views were beautiful, and weather was perfect! My 5 and 8 year old daughters loved it too. The waterfalls were so cool. Every other row was left empty for social distancing. Would definitely recommend!

OMG this has got to be the funnest ride! Captain Andy is the best! My family absolutely loved this excursion, we took the 2 hour ride, and captain took us around the historical sights, ships, and the beautiful falls. He made it a very thrilling ride with all the twists and turns and splashes, all part of the crazy fun! Highly recommended! Try to go with Captain Andy!

Captain Nicholas is hilarious!! You can tell he loves his job too, which makes it all the better. These jetboat captains are incredibly skilled and give everyone a safe and wild ride!Would absolutely recommend to anyone who doesnt mind getting wet and spun around!

Love this tour. I have been on it twice over the years and it is still as good as the first time I went 8 years ago. The boats are fun and fast skimming along the river. They do spins at high speed that gets you wet especially on hot days. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about Portland history. You get to learn a lot about the big expensive houses along the bank. We saw a lot of wildlife sea lions and blue herons. At the first of the tour you get a close look of the locks and waterfall.

My wife and I decided to do this yesterday on a whim and lets just say, they do not disappoint. We did the 2 hour tour and had an absolute blast. We came away completely soaked, which is what we paid for. I highly recommend it, and also recommend not wearing jeans

We first enjoyed this excursion in 2019’ returned this summer with extended family. Kids and adults were delighted! Great care was taken for our safety as well as entertainment! Excellent pilot and crew!

What a BLAST! The staff was great on email, online tickets, online waivers, easy check in and wrist bracelets down on the dock, kept everyone six feet apart and lots of spacing on the boat w covid regulations being followed to the enth degree.The ride was a good mix of river tour, stories of the area and landmarks, jokes, and the anticipation and laughter of spins and splashes.Major kudos to the staff and Captain Roger(?) who made it fun for everyone.Note: have a towel in your car for after. We were soaked from head to toe and even after ringing out our pants and shorts we still needed a towel for the ride home. Lol.Another note: even if you’re not a tipper you may want to bring some cash to tip the Captain. Ours really made the experience outstanding and was worth the extra thank you.We totally recommend this!

We took the 1hr tour.Fantastic!Beautiful Boat and weather.Doug with Willamette JBT was our driver. Excellent operator. Fast, fun, skilled.Great sense of humor and knowledgeable about many sites on the river.There was room on the boat due to The Covid.Make sure to fill out the waiver at check-in before getting in line.Sunscreen, sunglasses and spare clothes for after.You WILL get wet!Took mom 81yrs, Granddaughter 4yrs.All of us enjoyed.Great trip. AWESOME!!! Your gonna get wet no matter what you think so be prepared. We brought our family from the east coast and this was enjoyed by all ages 11- 69. It was my second time, different experience than before but both were stellar!

An absolute blast and so much fun. We saw most of the Willamette bridges and most of downtown before heading upriver. It was cool seeing all of the river parks and boat docks from the river. The boat driver was awesome and gave a nice two hour tour. Its amazing that a big boat can get so close to everything. I will definitely be doing this again in the future.

We decided spur of the moment to go on the jetboat tour on a 100 degree day and it was full (of course!) so we came back a day later. The online registration was simple and signing in for the tour also super easy, with friendly workers. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. We learned so much about the history of Portlands river area. The day we went was not hot, about 75 degrees, and we sat in the splash zone of the boat, which was very aptly named. By the time we docked, we were soaked through, although I think most of the people on the boat had the same fate. It was a really fun, informative two hours!

This was a great experience, what made the experience better though was Captain Thomas(I think that was his name)! He made jokes, and gave good information. I would recommend anybody that is visiting Portland to check it out. My family and I had a fun time! If you are looking for a calm boat ride or a dry one though I do not recommend YOU WILL GET WET!!! I had a great time 10/10 would recommend to anyone. It is fun for the whole family.

I dont care that their price is high it is worth it. You get excellent guides who know the history of the river and Portland. It is a fun and exhilarating ride. You will get wet and you will get soaked. I have taken both the two-hour trip up to the falls and the 1-hour north through the city. They are both wonderful trips. Take the kids take the kids take the kids. Take a date take a date take a date. Well worth it.

This was the best day trip ever! Captain Nicholas was very informative, and very funny. Went with my boyfriend for his birthday and took his daughter, 9 years old, and we all had a great time! Perfect family event and great on a hot day! Would recommend to anybody.

Boat Captain Thomas was awesome. He drove the boat really well. I felt safe the entire, while still having a blast doing spins a d splashing around on the river. His jokes were clean a d very funny, so totally kid, family friendly. He drove fast and we had fun. If you want to get wet, sit in the front and the sides. The middle of the boat is best to stay dry. I highly recommend this....

Our group went on a rainy/cold day but the jet boat was so fun! The driver/guide was super funny. There was so much to see and learn. The houses along the river are gorgeous and the falls are as well! You will 100% get wet so keep that in mind when booking your trip!

This was the most fun thing Ive done in Portland in the 9 years Ive been here. My dad was in town and he absolutely loved it. Captain Nick made the tour FANTASTIC! We were smiling and laughing the entire time, but he also told us some pretty cool facts about the things we saw on the way. Would 100% do this again and yes, you get soaked!

We recently booked a private boat for a company outing and it was lots of fun. Everyone left plenty wet and with a smile, our boat driver/guide Thomas did a great job interacting with the group and making it a great time for all.

I booked this place for a company event. Best Decision Ever.Everyone had a wonderful time, the staff, crew, and pilot are all wonderful.You have to park at OMSI and pay $5. Be sure to know your parking spot number when you go to pay for parking.The pilot is good at considering the weather when determining the tricks he will perform on the water. Everybody will get wet but only some will get soaked. We came out on an overcast day and the pilot did not perform a lot of tricks in the beginning to spare the riders from being cold and wet for the entire trip. He gave us the option to experience trips at the end and it was a fun trip.

Very fun tour of the Willamette. The tour guide had excellent knowledge of the sites along the river pointing out several historical buildings and in depth knowledge of the history of the bridges across the river. Plan on getting wet!

The staff is no less then steller. The Lunch tour was a blast. It included local river front history including information about downtown Portland Oregon, Swan Island and the Port of Vancouver Washingtion.I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in Portland Metropolitan area and a sparked for adventure.And oh my did we get wet! The gentleman navigating this excursion were OUTSTANDING they were fun funny laid back and knew their stuff. We had a fantastic experience with Willamette Jetboat Excursions! Captain Nicholas, our boat driver, was absolutely hilarious and super knowledgeable. I learned tons of new things about the city that I didnt know even as a Portland native.

We took our 5&4&3 yo with us on the 1-hour excursion. It was amazing. The 4&5 yo enjoyed it the most, our 3 yo is not a thrill seeker and cried a few times.It was very informative and exciting at the same time. Our captain found us some treasures that arent normally out on the river!Free parking is a hike, so we just paid $5 at OMSI and parked in their lot. It is right next to the ramp down to the boats. We will be back again!

We have lived in Portland for 40 years and never tried this. I wish we had sooner! Loads of fun and you learn about a ton of stuff that even as a native of Oregon, I had no idea about. the ticket price is reasonable. You will get wet! Have some fun though. Its expected.

The tour guides are very charismatic but I would suggest against bringing the elderly along for the good of their health. But who am I to tell you what to do.

I did the 1 hour tour. It was nice to see the shipyard and some history. Definitely go when its warm as getting wet is one of the best parts of the tour. I was drenched by the time the tour was done. Glad I wore quick dry clothes.

This was a lot of fun. The tour guides are high energy and full of facts. It is so neat to cruise up and down the river at 65 MPH. You cover a lot of water and the tour is a good length too. From ships, docks, downtown, the paper mill and a lock, it is a great time. Hold on for those 360s. I would recommend and I will ride again.

Wild ride, fun tour of some waterfront sites. Got a bit damp on lower legs/butt, but it is possible to scoot up until the water runs out.

For 2hrs i had so much fun plus got wet if you dont know about portland this is a good place to learn some stuff.
