This park is great for hanging out with friends or playing volleyball. It used to be much more run down, but over the years it has really improved. The landscaping isn’t always up to par, but if you are willing to look past that then bring somePeople or have a picnic here. It’ll be worth it with the great views of Portland.
A very cute spot to stop by if you are in the area.
Its a cute park, but its fairly dirty. I understand, things are hectic in Portland, and now the fires, but Id have hoped theyd be on top of cleaning it up better.
Boy its a packed park all the time but its nice and easy to clean up
Great place ima build a house there
Please keep your eye on traffic while looking at this park. There should be a barricade around this small park to protect visitors
This is a typical Portland tourist attraction, clever but generally useless. It used to be a place for a light post and now its just a patch of dirt. Occasionally someone decorates it with small toys. There is a sign claiming to be the worlds smallest park. The park is in the middle of a busy road. Be careful not to get hit while you get the obligatory selfie in front of the sign. Note to parents: dont leave your kids here to play. They would probably get hit by a car.
Lots of room to park and a good place to catch buses going to Portland
10/10 No park gives off more Portland energy then this small boi
Perfect it gave me and my family a little too much humer
Good place for family visit or you can come alone and enjoy the view
Absolutely tremendous place but why does it say temporarily closed? I can leap over it in a single bound!
This is supposed to be the smallest park in the world and it’s amazing! Blink and you’ll miss it while crossing the road!Only in a city like Portland you’d find something creative and witty like this! It’s a fun landmark and I hope it keeps being the smallest public park for a long time!Definitely worth visiting as it seems to change throughout seasons!
Can’t really call this a park, since it’s one tree or bush with concrete around it. It’s worth seeing driving or biking by it. Don’t make a special trip to see the “smallest park in the world”. This is the sort of thing that embodies the keep Portland weird culture of the city. If you like novelties this might be your cup of tea. Otherwise, prepare to be disappointed.
Legit worlds smallest park! A definite must see to say you’ve been! ;)
Very small park, but it is well taken care of.
Friends took me here after a bad day it was perfect
Super cute tiny park. So very Portland.
Had a great time here. It was super clean and my fruit fly had a blast running around!
Great little (and I mean, Little) park near Portlands Riverfront. Very easy to miss, as its literally in the middle of the street. The sign is adorable. Read up on its history online - otherwise you might not understand what the fuss is about.
One of the most amazing parks Ive ever visited! :)) or maybe it felt best because of the company I had with me that day? In any case, it was a wonderful experience visiting this place, especially since I had built up quite some expectations. Do yourself a favor and visit this grand place; have a laugh, take some great shots and leave the place clean and protected. Remember, be respectful of nature and all that is in it, no matter the size.
Great park. Love throwing the frisbee here with my friends. Also I have no friends.
Cute idea. Although its in the middle of naito parkway. A great place to watch people risk their lives to get that selfie.
Fun funny and completely emblematic of P-Towns true, atomic level, genetic maybe quirk! When your weirdness is so grand you legislate it...mmmmmm my town.
Saying it’s a little park is an understatement!IT’S THE SMALLEST PARK IN THE WORLD.If you’re driving on Naito Parkway, don’t blink because you’ll miss it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve passed right by without noticing it.It’s only two feet in diameter but is large in character! You can add that to the World’s Shortest River (it’s contested of course) which can be found in Lincoln City, OR and the World’s Smallest Navigable Harbor, Depoe Bay, OR (both of which I’ve also reviewed).
This park is just and amazing plases to visit. It has one of the mostgrand tree i have ever seen and me and my friends had a lovely picnic there... although one of them got ran over while we where eating. Smh people are so rude these days. The docter said that he may not walk again which is like...lame because how are we supost to have anymore picnics. but over all great place :)
Most fun I have had in a park in a long time. Well kept and no trash.
So easy to miss! I want to say its more of a historical oddity than anything, but it definitely has its charm. Its not in a busy or central place like youd imagine, but just kinda shows up out of nowhere. It seems very well taken care of, and is right at a crosswalk, so you cant realy stay at it. All in all, very enchanted and endearing.
Amazing park! Such an easy walk it feels like you could walk right over it. This park is so hard to find if you sneeze youll miss it. Theres no shade so bring your own. Theres no place to lay so dont think about staying long!
Smallest park I ever say, right!
Its pure magic!
This is such a cute little park with such a fun backstory. I love walking by it just to look at it for a moment and smile. Definitely not dog friendly, though.
Great little park to visit but you cant find any parking there
How could you not give the smallest park in the world a five star rating?!?
Keep your doors locked and food in bear proof containers. This is a place where Mother Nature has gone untouched
Tiny cute park. Not much to do here though lol. Theres a fountain nearby to hang out at.
Impressed. This place is huge, I love the rivers, and the nature feel to it. I brought my whole family here, it is so big and nice. So much to see! Okay, but jokes aside I hope to go here, its just funny how its so small. Ive been to Portland multiple times but Ive just heard of it.
Awesome
This is definitely the smallest park I have seen! There is an interesting story that goes with the park too!
This place is literally a small patch of land. Thats it. The plant is sometimes changed out but my friend and I came here just for fun and its the funniest thing int he world. I love taking my friends here because its just so unique and so Portland.
Told my wife i was taking her to a world famous park and she should wear her walking shoes. Got there and once she understood why we were in the middle of a crosswalk she was dying laughing. Such a fun spot on a nice day.
A must see attraction in Portland. Cant miss it.
Probably not a place to picnic, but worth looking up the history, also worlds smallest park, if I remember correctly.
10/10 best park I’ve ever been to.
As it is in the middle of a crosswalk, you have oncoming traffic in both corrections with no pedestrian crosswalk button to get out. Therefore, it is also dubbed the worlds most dangerous park per square foot.
Tiniest park in the world! Well worth a visit. Great story about Patrick the leprechaun too...
Ive spent endless moments wandering through the beauty of this park. However, it would be nice if they posted a map of the park at the entrance. Im just saying...
Its a cute tiniest park for a family to visit.
We had a bunch of fun on the dinner cruise. Very nice!
Tiny fun. Traffic light changes quickly. Dont get stuck in the middle of the street.
There wasnt much in the center of the park, as Ive seen in previous photos, compared to mine (mid-April 2019). Still cool to see the worlds tiniest park in the flesh.
More fun per square inch than any other park in the world.
Its.... ADORABLE ! a teeny tiny little park.... A fun Portland conversation piece. Just silly enough to warrant s visit!
Love it here
A must! Who can resist the smallest park in the world
Quirky. Sadly no decoration on the day I visited. Was hoping for some gnome or weird stuff there.
I just love this park. Dont blink.
Great park! lots of fun for the whole family! 10/10
Its a genuine dedicated park in a city known for their lovely parks. But its rather small... 1 foot square. In an island between lanes on about Front Avenue & Yamhill.
So cute. I love the fact that its the worlds smallest park. Just be careful when looking its in a traffic area
Best park.
World smallest park
This is the smallest park in the world!!! is located downtown Portland next to the water front, I went to go have a picnic there to check it out, once I got there I realized that is not only literally in the middle of the street but its so small you can hug it!!! if you havent been there across the street from there theres a plaque with the park history you can read about.
Its an amazing little park. A hidden gem in Portland. A must see.
Got lost in there
By definition of a park, Mill Ends is not a park, but its adorable. :)
Just a tiny little park. But cool.
