Nice, paved and relatively level with continuous gorgeous views of the bay and waterfront. This running trail also passes by a couple of great photo op points - the Narrow Rail Museum and Fish Point.

Beautiful park with nice walkways along the bay. You can even see a working steam engine on a narrow gauge railway.

Great views nice walk very pretty

Beautiful scenic walk along the coastline.It is a bite-sized walk thats great to take your time with. View of the boats and the bay. I saw some people fishing so I guess thats allowed. Apple trees along the grassy areas. Great place to relax and bike too. There is a train that goes up and down this trail and some abandoned train cars near the southern part of the trail that could be neat to explore. Theres also a beach area at the middle part of the trail.

Mosquitoes! Was almost eaten alive by them while trying to watch fireworks on 4th of July.Views are nice.

Started at the Dog beach. Which will allow dogs Except from memorial day to labor day. Lots of happy dogs playing. We then took a walk towards the city. Its a nice flat wall lots of room and seems to go for miles.

Love old Trains, I never thought Id ever get to see a Narrow Gauge Train especially in Portland, Maine!!

Great walk or bike ride along scenic coastal areas with lots of great stops on the way for refreshment, rest or for experienced walkers, nearby local attractions in downtown area. Restrooms youll need to look out for, go before you walk, (or run!)

Nice walk, even under a cloudy sky. A lot of views blocked by modern concrete piers, but get to a height for beautiful views.

Hottest place to walk in a Summer day. Many good things can happen along the way. Photographic moments for life, Scottish band of pipes parading, clowns being clownish, cotton candy on the way, the marina docking new boats, multitude of faces from all over the world, smoothies, choo-choo train, delicate jewelry and crafts. Theres so much you can do and experience!
