Awesome! What a cool way to be introduced to Portland. Garric was a good instructor. A good balance of technical and practical skills! Got a lot of skate time in. My wife and I will be back for sure.

As we walked by this skateboard store, I noticed the sign on the missing glass door. Then I noticed the Trump information. Went inside and purchased the Trump/Vader sticker. Portland is so much fun!

Huge deck wall featuring the big companies you like and the little companies you love, case full of formula fours in every shape, style, and colors youd ever want along with a good mix of bones and OJ cruisers, FULL SIZE RUNS OF SHOES (including youth!), great selection of apparel, AND a concrete skatepark in the back? You could put a literal bridge troll behind the counter and Id still go there but, in line with everything Ive already listed, the staff at CW are some of the most helpful shop employees Ive ever met in my 20+ years of skating. Ive watched them help pick out gear and provide incredible service to every person who has walked through the door, from the tiniest skate shrimps looking to get their first board to the seasoned vets who just need to swap something out. It doesnt get much better than this, folks.

Fantastic service, even during the strange times of COVID-19. I inquired about piecing together a complete skate deck over the phone and they were more than happy to accommodate me (super friendly and knowledgable as well). They even had it setup and ready for a safe curbside pickup that same day. Thanks for the terrific service!

Super cool place to skate! Can get packed pretty quick because its on the smaller side. But youll find some rad skaters there tearing it up and youll have lots of fun picking apart those transitions and figuring out the paths u wanna take in such a compact space. A nice vert area with some cool details on the sides of it. Theres another little half pipe buried back there as well. And then theres a sweet flat area with some movable items to grind and trick off of based on how u customize it. My only problems were the size which if you go at the right time I think can be solved. And then it is quite slick. But the skaters seem to learn themselves around that obstacle. Youll eventually just get a feel for how hard you can turn and how to slide into some slopes so u dont slide out. All in all real fun, theres even a shop next door to get some fun gear and whatnot. Give it a shot

Rad place, great staff. The owner makes a lot of really cool art, and cares about the community and the kids who come through. An asset to the local skate scene, for sure.

Fun and fast! A little slick if youre using hard wheels so bring softies or grab a new pair of 99s that are in the shop. Friendly staff, relaxed vibe.

Really great place! It’s pretty small but it’s a great place to learn. Most kids usually try and avoid skating with older people that intimidate them but I honestly like skating there late to learn from them and get tips! The staff are also really helpful and kind.

Great shop, I went in to buy some wheels for an old skateboard. I havent skated a short board in nearly 10 years and didnt know much about the wheels. The guy working was very quickly able to determine my preference wih just a few questions and sold me a set that I love! Cant wait to stop by and skate the park attached!

Great place for rainy-day skating. Unfortunately, they mostly sell Anti-Hero boards and they break easily due to inferior wood. Dont waste your money on them.
