Great show! Melancholy was very entertaining and well performed, musically and artistically. The venue is awesome. Very intimate and comfortable. Really enjoyed the optional, short discussion time after the show with director and actors. Very good.

Great local theater committed to locally produced, high quality work. I love going to this space to see shows. Despite the diversity of content, the quality is always enjoyable!

Came here for a fantastic performance of Mother, Come Home - a multimedia reading of a graphic novel. I hope to come back some time to see another innovative and moving production here.

Saw Jesus Hopped the A Train recently. It is a good play, indeed an arresting play (!) However the theatre is in the round, with padded chairs and little if any sound amplification. Lucius with his resonant voice was always intelligible, and Angel and the sadistic guard projected well enough, but Mary Jane and the nice guard seemed to mumble in the soft places and occasionally they delivered their lines too quietly for me to even guess at the words. Most of the audience was elderly so, yes, hearing loss is a common affliction for many of us. I found this experience at Coho exciting, but also frustrating.

WOW what a night! I spent the evening watching a phenomenal performance of Kiss, the play - not the band. It was a Third Rail Repertory Theater production and I must say, everything about this intimate theater space hit the mark, from the welcoming staff, the ample refreshment choices to the comfort and quality of the performance. Truly a gem in Portlands live theater crown.

One of the areas best local theaters for local plays by Coho, Third Rail and other local production companies. Small venue, but every seat is a good one. Coho a Production has a 4 Play season, plus their Summer Fest (4 plays in 4 weeks). This is one of our favorite places to take in great local plays. Close to many restaurants and bars on NW 23rd. Parking is very tight, so take the Street Car to NW 23rd & NW Marshall and walk the 5 blocks.

I came to visit multiple shows. I can highly recommend all their performances so far. Tickets are affordable and easy to get for multiple days during the week. Before the show and during intermission, you can buy drinks and snacks.

Small cozy theatre. Ample lighting and sound, and the proximity to the stage give the feeling of being in the production or having a front row seat.
