Great place to go and watch a movie, is very clean and the prices are okay. But if I were you I would get to Regal unlimited you can pay $21 and watch as many movies as much as you want in 30 days. You can pay like a few more dollars and it covers all U.S.A. or pay a little more and it will cover also IMAX and 3D movies. I have the information on here in a picture. You have to get the app to do it though. If your in town check this place out and come see a movie.
The theatre was very clean. The security guard on duty went above and beyond my expectations. I had left the theatre without my phone. Not realizing it until I had reached the ground floor and was about to exit the mall. I think we were the last people in the building. Security had followed us to the ground floor shutting down the escalators behind us. Im sure he was ready to be ending his workday. Even so, he seemed more than happy to escort me all the way back up to the theatre...powering on each escalator for us along the way. Only to have to shut them off again on our decent. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I wish I had gotten his name to include here. He deserves to be recognized and promoted. Thanks!
Hope we cAn watch a movie here soon
I want to give this place 5 stars. Theyve got great sound, decent seats, and very nice staff. Not to mention a great rotation of movies. However, I got my boyfriend and Ultimate Regal Pass for Christmas and since weve been going to lots of movies, Ive been here a few times just in the last month.I dont know if its the just popcorn kernels or if something else is happening, but the last 2 times weve been there, our large popcorn bucket has been filled with a handful of randomly placed moldy popcorn. Its gross. I found green mold the 1st time I took the extra stuff home just to inspect. The second time, I ate a piece that almost made me throw up during the movie!!I told the staff at the end of the night about it, and they just looked at me like I was trying to get a refund. Im not. I dont care about the money. I care about myself and others being exposed to rotten food.Regal, please check your corn? Maybe your distributors sold you a bad batch? Maybe youre recycling old corn? (I hope not...) But whatever you do, so something!! The only thing I want to make me feel like vomiting during a movie is an awesomely disgusting scene from a horror film... P. S. Underwater was pretty rad.
All I can say is I hope the employees here one day get training in customer service. Andrew and “Jason” are a joke of customer care. Our movie did not work today. We get it, things happen, all I ask is that as a manager you make it right. The absolute best they were willing to offer was a free ticket. This did not include the original service fee, didn’t account for the popcorn or food that were now useless. Also there was a showing of the same movie only on 3D that started in 10 minutes. They would not allow us to attend that showing! It started in 10 minutes, if there are open seats why not help out the customers you already have.Go to a different theater! Do not go here!
The service here was great! The manager really helped when I had a ticket mixup. Cinema is clean and cozy. Also all of the staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks so much!
Often one of the only theaters on the west side to routinely have available seats to reserve for new features. Great reclining stadium seats.
I ordered a large popcorn with butter and I had a couple handfuls and started to taste mildew. I started to search through my popcorn and started to see green spots on the popcorn. I went back and told them and they went to get me more from the same popcorn They served me from originally, I needed up saying never mind I wanted my money back. The taste was so strong my stomach is turning now and if I continue to get more sick I’m going to take further action. Manager seemed like he was in the wrong position and the crew were just standing around talking and joining. The manager had to tell them to go look through the popcorn. What a joke!
It was an amazing experience! I saw the Call of the wild it was very well made and even made me cry a little bit! I loved it!!
Really nice location! Love the stadium seating (short gals rejoice)! Love that it’s part of the mall so it makes for a fun day! All the workers are really nice too. I would totally suggest becoming a regal crown club member, it’s free and you can points to use for concessions and such. Getting a free popcorn and drink this visit, woohoo!
This is my favorite theater I always go there to watch movies it’s right at the mall so you can go shopping or go to punch bowl and then enjoy a movie afterwards.
My last movie with one of my best friends in my life. She passed away, God rest her soul.
Loved this place. Watched Bad Boys For Life here and really enjoyed myself.
Great service just wish they would have reclining seats.
Movie theater is really nice, not too crowded but the best thing is the service. Everybody working here is super nice and helpful and go out of their way to make our experience better. This is our new regular place!
Fantastic seating and Sound quality. Good immersive experience.
Fun 1st time experience. Great place for a family party.
Its the closest movie theater by me that is decent. They are pretty up to date with most or even all the new movies coming out. I tend to go there from time to time. Clean place and not much people so less noise.
Nice place, good enough space and just the right mood.
If you are reading this review, you may be frantically trying to find the exit before your Jamba juice runs out and the long dark night sets in.Unfortunately, I dont know where it is.No one knows. We live here now.
Ive never had a bad experience here. Easy to see a movie, nothing to flashy. If you just want to sit and watch your movie, come here.
Its one of the better Regal Theaters with comfortable seating excellent sound
Thanks punch bowl & Zara luv u both
Clean. Wonderful shops. Walking distance downtown.
Manager got mad that I asked for my refil with my order. Many regals do this. Not only was he stubborn about this, but went and got me sugar packets instead of salt with my popcorn. A blemish on regal.
Very confortable theater and easy to get there
Ahh the moscato there is great, comfortable seats. accidentally fell asleep but woke up during the movie parts where it counts! Lol smh
Went to see John Wick last night, but was unable to finish watching because there was NO a/c. Hotter in the theater than it was outside!!. Sweltering!! Your teenage manager said there was a problem in the whole mall....not true, the rest of the mall was very cool. Will NEVER come back!! I want my money back! What a waste!
Whats happened to Pioneer Place? The food court is basically boarded up with only two choices. Having the water features gone, it just feels like a dark cave. The elevators where blocked off as well. It also appears some of the stores that dont display windows on the street have left. Overall the mall feels like a shell of its former self...
Not crowded movie theater. Staff is always nice.
Clean, routine Regal 6 screen cinema. Top floor of the shopping center.Like most Regals these days, they offer several beers and wines to enjoy with your cinematic experience.Clean floors, unassigned stadium seating. Easy (but not free) parking. Mainstream movies.Art house features run at nearby Fox Tower.
Really love the place, especially the view from the top and just watching all the people going the wrong way on the escalator very funny. The people are really friendly and nice you should get the large pop-corn and you get a refill it, which is nice.
Always a fun and ritzy theater, great for matinees!
All my teenager loves in one place.
Unfriendly staff. They seem unhappy in what they do, and you can feel the sad energy. Love what you do, and do what you love.
Great movie theater for being in the mall. For all of the show times, check the other movie theater that they have a few blocks away. Always “empty” which makes it really good to get away from the crowd!
The theater had a smell that was so distracting, it made it hard to enjoy the film
They sell the blood of my enemies, which is very convenient.
Good cinema. Unfortunately they do not turn off the lights for 3D previews, making it not very clear with the glasses. Audio as also too loud for the previews.
Pretty clean. Nothing but good experiences here. Except one time my girlfriend forgot her ID and we were turned away from an R-rated movie by someone who couldnt have been older than 18 or 19. We walked there from home because it was a nice night.
Went to see Venom. The crew are always friendly. My wife is disabled and they ask if she would need assistance. Very nice. Thats why we like to come here.
A great movie experience youll enjoy to the end.
Good theater. Most friendly staff Ive ever encountered. Highly recommended.
Saw the joker. Good movie
An awful experience. The concessions are overpriced, even for a theater. They cant manage to pop popcorn without setting off the fire alarm, which interrupted the movie, of course. The employees of the theater were lazy and inattentive, which explains the fire alarm. I wont be taking advantage of this theater any more in the future. Lessen learned. You have been warned.
Not the biggest screen. Sound was too loud at times. Staff were welcoming. Price was ok. Conveniently in centre of town.
Just a movie theater. Sell REALLY expensive food and drinks to you. The seats aren’t TERRIBLE. Let’s just say I’m unimpressed.
Alittle difficult getting to the theatre navigating through the mall. Theatre quality is so-so. It is alittle outdated but it is comfortable and the movie offerings are good
When movie was done consession stand was closed. Shouldnt close until all movies are over. Wasnt cool
Typical regal Cinema prices and theatre experience, pretty cool spot though. Its at the top of a mall and theres a bunch of escalators, its worth checking out.
It was my first time there, awesome movie awesome place
My review is related to customer service only.I went and saw a movie yesterday at this theater. We were seeing IT, and there were a good number of people in the theater. There was a couple in the front row who came in clearly reeking of pot, and who were blatantly drinking out of the womans purse the entire movie. They would NOT be quiet, and loudly talked through the entire movie. Four separate times a staff member or manager came in and asked them to be quiet. They never did. Actually, they got louder and flipped off the rest of the audience. While I appreciate that the staff tried to remedy the problem peacefully, how many complaints before someone gets booted? I felt like the enjoyment of everyone else in the theater (and many of us had gone up and asked these people to quiet down as well) was made secondary to these two idiots. I know managers have a tough job, and you shouldnt just boot someone complaint number one. That said, when the same people are defiantly ruining the movie for everyone else, its insulting to me that theyre allowed to stay, and it makes me not want to return to this theater. I dont trust their ability to actually resolve a situation like that.Credit where credits due: the theater is always tidy and clean, and the staff is always very kind. I really like the facility, but Im kind of angry that my (and three other peoples) very legitimate complaints were ignored. If any of the staff sees this review and cares to discuss the incident, Id be happy to discuss.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I love coming here
It was a pretty good place with the exception that the staff was overly concerned about me returning my chair to the original place as I waited in the lobby.
I saw Love, Simon here a few weeks back, and the service was great. The box office worker was quick, the concessions people were friendly, and it was an overall pleasant experience! Nice Job!
Favorite theater. I see almost everything here, it is easy to get to. Being part of the mall complex you have easy access to all of the shopping and dining options there. (Movies at the mall, awesomely nostalgic ) The staff here is always friendly and the theaters are clean. The spacious comfortable stadium seating is what brings me back everytime. The ladies rooms has lots stalls, I dont think Ive ever had to wait even when a new blockbuster is over. Beer, wine, slushies, hot dogs, nachos, ice cream and the usual suspects, Coke, candy and popcorn.
Desperately needs to be cleaned. Theaters 1-6 smell awful.
Love the punch bowl social
Love Regal Cinemas. Movies are priced reasonable. Snacks and drinks are expensive. Restrooms are clean. Rugs thru out the theatre are always vacuumed.
Love how high tech it looks, yet brings back feelings of nostalgia since its in a mall
Pretty good view and there wasnt a lot of people in the theater at the time.
Not the typical stand-alone Regal experience. This theater is located atop Pioneer Place mall; its quaint & sufficient. Theyre always showing the most recent major box office releases. While theres no abundance of frills, the theater and concessions get the job done. Plus - unbeatable location for those living downtown!
Good theater. Conveniently located. Close to Max
Its a movie theater. Leans towards more arty films.
They wont let you charge your phone but at leaset theyre nice about it
Nice theater downtown, just kind of a pain to get to.
It was way too cold in theater
Felt old, a little dirty, sticky floors, dated, old style seats.... probably wont go again.
Most amazing theatre Ive ever seen! Spacious, great seats, and friendly staff.
Its a good movie theater to go to
Make sure to visit this place to shop and eat.
This theater was very clean. Inside and out. I had not problems with using my Atom App to gain access to the theater. If you plan on traveling in to downtown to use this theater, I would highly suggest not to. The location is not conducive to parking, timing, traffic, and cost - unless you plan on doing something else in downtown.
This place is due for a remodel but the most convenient place to see a movie in downtown PDX.
The theater was on the top level of the mall, it was pretty cool. Seats were comfortable too! Very nice mall.
I will have to rate this place with just a okay. First of all, for a downtown location movie theater I thought it would look and feel better. As for the layout of this movie theater I believe its great! The service is also great. Im not a big fan of there small movie theater rooms. The space they offer just feel too small and sometimes it looks like no one has clean the room from the last movie.
Close to the hotel we stayed at, in an indoor mall, limited selection of movies.
Mmm hmmm
Need to get with the assigned seating. Service was slow. Need to have a better food reward program.
Ive actually enjoyed seeing movies here the last few Ive seen. Its quick to buy tickets either at kiosk or box office, concessions are fast too, and the theaters have been pretty empty and Ive had quiet audiences. Overall been a good experience.
Not bad but sometimes you can hear studio from the other theaters
A good theater. Usually my go-to. Never too busy for a matinee.
I enjoy watching movies at this theater. Its really close to me and very easily accessible.
Always clean. Friendly staff. I always feel welcome. I pay more to go here.
This was the worst movie experience ever! Their account or heater was broken and it was a 100 degrees. My father and I both ended up with heat stroke. All employees were rude about it.
A good visit, only thing volume way to loud but the attendant did turn it down. My Husband very hard of hearing but volume Was even to loud for him with hearing aides out. Theater was clean.
Good beer selection! Friendly staff.
Nice theater clean wish they had some better food choices but its a theater.. At least they had Rosé
Great staff. They worked hard to get what I needed. Bring your own food and drink.
Clean theater enjoyed my time with my girlfriend. Was a good movie also
I think this is a good theatre as far as Regals go. Its pretty clean, and the auditoriums are large and have stadium seating. They usually get popular blockbusters and not as many kids as the Lloyd theatres. The staff is always pleasant, too. If I go a Regal I usually come here.
Full service, in-the-know persons. No waiting.
Always great customer service
This is a fun theatre that is in the eastern portion of the pioneer square mall. We have seen plenty of movies here, mainly since it is the closest movie theatre to us in the NW that will play the recently released films. It is easy access to take public transportation here, so dont feel the need to drive.
Kinda pricey but have really good movies
My favorite theater to see new movies in PDX. Audiences tend to be kinda small, which is great for the movie watchers.
Nice place to watch movies.
Great location downtown, theaters are always clean, if you go during the day its always empty
