Nice theater experience. The place was nice and the IMAX theaters were nice. The service was not very friendly but that is fine cause it’s a movie so it doesn’t matter. The building also just felt kind of dated and cheesy, but that’s not always a bad thing. Overall if you are looking to enjoy a movie this theater will do just fine.

It’s a fine theatre but I don’t like the inconsistency of auditorium sizing and no transparency on when booking purchasing a ticket. This place should also have more comfortable seats and the IMAX isn’t what you’d expect if your used to the ones you’d see at a museum or zoo. But the price tag is the same!

I had a great experience at the theater. I bought my tickets beforehand and all I had to do was walk in and get them scanned before I went to see my film. Seats were nice and the quality of the screen is great. Free parking as well, which isn’t all that common. Probably tough to find a better place to go to movies at in Portland.

Love the movie theater. But when we went to see a movie at 9:30 on a Saturday night we rode our bikes and parked in their covered bike parking directly outside the entrance. When we returned after the movie my boyfriends wheels were stolen. This spot has a window from the ticket sales directly viewing the bike staples. Been going at least once a month for 5 years and never had a problem. But with the parking lot closed now, it feels like it could have become more of a target for theft from those that hang near Holiday Park. Consider security guard or cameras to help your patrons avoid theft while they partake of your services.

This is a super iconic 80s retro theater. Its nice and there is ample parking which I like. But the seats are very uncomfortable.

Great theater

The show was supposed to start at 1:10 according to the ticket, but they kept running advertisements until 1:16 or so. Then the previews came on which is to be expected, but seemed to last forever. After the previews they had more Regal/soft drink advertisements that they called a student film. Movie didnt actually start until around 1:45. Will give Regal theatres a pass next time.

New releases are screened here / options for iMax, 3D and regular screenings available. IMAX 3D is usually $20 per adult. 3D movies are around $15 and normal screenings run around $12.Tons of wine and beer options - we got the cheese pizza and a hot dog and it wasn’t half bad.Favorite thing about this theatre is the decor - wonderful neon signs located around the halls. They have fun candy machines, too.Plenty of free parking out front.

I love this theater! We see all the Marvel movies here opening night and it is always a fantastic experience

Theater is nice enough with reclining seats and all, but hate the area of town, especially at night.

I love going here! I went 3 times in 2 days. Its never overly crowded. The staff at the concession stand are helpful and fast. There was no one behind me at the ticket counter and so I asked the clerk about a few of the movies and he did an excellent job explaining the theme of the movies and got good guidance to help me decide what movie to watch. My kids had fun playing with the life-size cardboard cutouts and I took the photo opportunity

I dont understand why they have a huuuge parking lot that is roped off 100% of the time. Only street parking. They did check my bag before entering, which I actually appreciated. Its never too busy so that is as plus.

Just your average Regal movie house. I used to come here much more frequently however, since the parking lot adjacent to the theater has been closed, parking is seriously limited. Thus the two star rating.

Im needing to watch from the handicap areas which in movie theatres usually isnt bad. These guys have their handicap seats in the least desired seats in the theatre. Back row. Next to the walls. Most other places have a handicapped row of seats. So next movie I see, will be in those other theaters

Had Premier tickets. Was told to stand in the rain theyll let us in 30 minutes prior. Its 39 degrees... People drinking in line. Felt very cheap.. Not worth the wait. Ill pay at AMC and get more for less!

The ticket guy looked like he was dead inside and needed a hug. The place had a cool 50s vibe with the neon. But it was too small the seats felt like an airplane mined you Im 65. The seats were sp close together I could hear ever chew of popcorn from the guy behind during the film. Not to mention because of the close proximity of the chairs had a shot nose kid kicking the back of my chair. Worst experience ever in a theater. Never going back makes me miss the old one in the mall.

Their enormous parking lot was blocked off. All of the patrons had to park across the street wherever we could find space. I am surprised how tiny the theater rows are. People can barely pass by already seated patrons. A door on a womens bathroom stall was completely broken.

So many date nights, kiddo parties and family fun times at this awesome movie theater! We love it!

Amazing presentation. Neon lights, Willy Wonka candy machines and an interesting circular path to the theaters make this place memorable and fun.The only issue is that you can hear moderately loud bass rumbling from what Im assuming is the adjacent theaters, worst during quiet scenes of your current movie.

Lloyd center regal is always very clean. And the employees are always very courteous. The parking lot is inaccessible (not their fault) so you have to park in the mall parking lot.

Great theater, thought it was out of business at first since parking lot was chained off for last few years, but fun place. Saw new Star Wars. Coin machines are super fun. Food and drinks are super over priced, as expected. Twix go great in the Nacho Cheese tho!

This theater new to be remodeled. The seats were torn and stained, one cushion was destroy to the point where the seat was uncomfortable and would not have been nice for the full length of a film. No order to how customers line up for tickets or concessions causing confusion and major blockages for foot traffic.

There was a door guy named Flynn. He seemed to really hate his job. Flynn was so rude when I asked him if I could leave a ticket for my friend. So I had to carry $30 worth of food to the theater and then leave it on the floor to come out and meet my friend. Then he very rudely asked to search her purse when she got there. A good theater except for this Flynn guy who would glare at customers and then dance around to some imaginary music when there wasnt anyone around to harass. Get a new door guy and let Flynn not deal with the public, please.

Wonderful time!! Went with family. But the price of a bottled water n one box of candy almost gave us a heart attack. Never buying from the snack shop again

Its a movie theater, a pretty good one, but they didnt earn five stars, or even four, because we got some hot food and walked down to the furthest theater from the food stand and found the food was still frozen inside. Its the somewhat little things that can bring down a potentially great experience.To respond to the corporate office reply: What about the problem isnt clear? The hot food we got there wasnt hot. Train your employees better and the next visit Could easily earn five stars. One of the reasons I dont go out to movie theaters very often is that the whole experience, the movie, the food and beverages, and sometimes the parking, gets more and more expensive all the time. For the price we pay, it should always be a great experience. As to your offer of earning the missing stars for a perfect review, I want nothing more than an experience at your business that *earns* five stars when I am there, not an offer of something that I think sounds like bribe to upgrade this review. Train your people and make sure they are doing things like cook/heat our food properly. This review stays like it is, but thank you for replying to it.

I love imax but this place needs better seats so bad

Usually pretty clean bathrooms and theatres.Excellent sound, which is necessary for some films.Comfortable chairs, even if not electric reclining, they rock and recline a bit.AC works almost too well. Still I like it for the escape.Parking is usually pretty easy even when the parking lot is closed.Took off one star bc they are typically understaffed.

I absolutely hate that you have to choose seats when you buy your ticket. Why this change? It’s hard to know how far from the screen you will be. Additionally, I spent $50 on tickets and snacks, and they can’t give me a normal sized cup of club soda???

Honestly for the price you pay and what you get and whats actually there ? this is a really poor model to go ahead and have a theater. The place hasnt been upgraded for over 20 years I think. And the worst part is that theres absolutely zero character.I mean honestly you can feel the deadness of the place.at least in the past and felt alive cuz the staff and some of the decorations that were there but now it just feels dead man Im not kidding go inside.Going to the theater was an experience what the hell did it become so bad?No wonder they started offering booze.

I Used A $20 Christmas Gift Card From Last Year! I Was Able To Pay For The Ticket And Buy Some Junior Mints! The Screen Was A Decent Size And The Sound Was Good; I Saw Jumanji The Next Level; I Thoroughly Enjoyed The Movie; Great Special Effects; And The Cast Was A Mix Of Legends: Danny Devito And Danny Glover And Of Course Busy Bodies Dwayne Johnson And Kevin Hart; The Women In Here Were All Fantastic; And Of Course; Jack Black!

Not terrible at all but this theater is so old now that youll find a better experience almost anywhere else.

This small theater is interesting and fun. The price on the food is what you would expect from a movie theater. The price of the tickets are expensive for the experience your getting. The seats here arent recliner seats and they are crammed together. The theaters are small. The quality of the film seems to be less quality than other theaters but Im not entirely sure on that end. The atmosphere is very charming. Its fun to look around and notice how genuine of a theater this is.

One star for customer service. I purchased tickets online, but their website had an error processing the ticket. I never received my tickets, but my card was charged. I called Lloyd center and they explained that the online tickets are handled separately and there wasn’t much they could do, and told me to file a report with my Bank and try again.Called my bank, they processed a credit to my account. I bought another pair of tickets successfully online. Wonderful. Movie was great.Fast forward a month and I get a letter from my bank saying Regal cinemas has filed a rebuttal on my returned credit and the charge is coming back to my account. So now I’ve been charged twice for one pair of tickets. What the?!UPDATE: Regal suggested in this review that I reach out so they can fix this. Only for them to explain their website is operated by a third party, gave me their contact information, and suggested I reach out to them directly. Ive seriously spent over three hours communicating with Regal and my bank, sending emails and faxing letters, only for them to now offer third party contact info.This isnt worth $27, and Regal is no longer getting our business.

The last time I was in this movie theatre was in 1988, seeing BeetleJuice...and I’m still amazed how well this theatre has been kept!It’s 2019, and it still looks amazing! It was one of the first with THX Sound!It’s a beautiful 1980’s movie theatre, property modernized to today’s standards! The Neon!!! please keep this wonderful place in great shape!

Great theater, but of course snacks are way overpriced. Just go to the corner store a few blocks away instead and load up on 3 different things for the price of one thing at this theater. Otherwise, I love watching movies here!

Reasonable, but the chairs seem to have no adjustability compared to other, more comfortable theaters. Regular IMAX pricing is also getting too high considering the competition.

Very accessible Theater with plenty of parking. You can buy tickets inside. Quick service at the snack bar with average prices. They offer no discount days so expect to buy your ticket during matinee times, or buy your tickets Fandango or other ticket selling web sites to save money. All in all a very good Theater that I am going to go back again and again.

The theater was great. However, there was no parking in the lot (the lot was closed). Also, the movie was supposed to start at 3:50, and it didnt start til 4:20. We had to sit thru endless trailers and ads. It was very frustrating, and I dont know that well be back.

This is always a fine theater to watch a movie. The staff are kind and the chairs are comfy. The theater is clean and the sound is good. The fact that the parking lot is completely gone is indicative of the Portland we now live in. Condos will be there soon. For anyone with mobility issues, this situation is a nightmare. There are two handicapped parking spaces across the street and a few more in a lot... across the street. In terms of disability laws, it seems that something could be done, but I doubt anything will be done. In money we trust is the new way of Portland and nothing shows this more clearly than simply removing parking lots and building condos.

I paid full price for IMAX and it wasnt the biggest screen like i am used to. If you have a smaller imax screen then you need to charge less money simple as that. The picture however was clear and sharp so thats good

They show movies here. Popcorn, too. The Hubs always buys a large tub but we never finish it. Hmmm... Just like any other movie Plex we visit. Solid!

Had a lovely date with my husband and we went here. They are polite as can be, really bubbly staff that were excellent! The building was clean and well kept. The movie experience was on point, not to loud. All in all I love them and would definitely recommend

Ok Its a nice theater but.... Me and my girlfriend went to go see the avengers movie and we lock our bikes right by the window where you buy tickets so I go to check on the bikes and someone snapped my bike lock cable luckily I had two locks on the frame and tires.. so I go back in and asked the staff if they seen anything.. all said no so Im upset go back to my seat to continue to enjoy the movie.. then I feel uncomfortable so we decided to leave.. on the way out I even saw a security guard and also didnt see anything so I ask for a refund and they were nice and gave me a refund no problem.. so its a good theater just dont ride your bikes there

Not much to complain about. Arrived early to make sure we werent late, and was disappointed there werent any games or anything for my kids and I to enjoy. Also, the parking lot was closed so we had to park across the street. And, they didnt have the free movie swag as advertised for opening weekend.Otherwise, the theater was great. Watched the Dragon Ball Broly movie on IMAX. Sound was just a tiny bit on the loud side, but that was fine. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

Been coming here since I was a kid, seen movies like the mask here with my dad as kid ect. Took my kids to starwars here few years back. Love this place.

A great theater with large screens, comfortable seats, an impressive sound. There is also an IMAX screen with assigned seating. I keep hearing rumors that this theater is going to close down and relocate across the street where Sears used to be, but I havent heard anything new in months even though the parking lot has been roped off since April.

We had a great time. The staff was courteous and the snack selection was yummy goodness. Comfy cozy seat and it was perfect for a family movie night. Thank you

Not sure what is up with the parking lot, an indication on Lloyd centers signs that it okay to park there would have saved stress. Other than that, nice clean theatre with comfy seats and a variety of screen types. Remember to use your regal card, those points add up!

What can I say? A typical, but nice movie theater. Parking across the street is not a problem even though their entire parking lot is closed off. The theater is within walking distance of a lot of East Portland restaurants & bars.

Theater space is good but the food is spendy.

The seats are old and cramped. The concessions are virtually non-existent compared to other theaters, almost no food and only about 6 fountain soda options. The whole place looks like it hasnt been updated since the 90s.

Great theater! Good location in lloyd area by mall and max. Clean with comfortable seats. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Only downside is no stadium seating, but for me not enough to take away a star.

This is my first time sitting in luxury seats aka an electronic recliner. Lots of space and room. People walk in front of you and you can see the screen not blocking the screen. Marvellous!! Its worth the money.

IMAX screen is Ginormous and seats are comfy but thester needs to upgrade the seats to leather recliners like Century Theaters!;)
