Poor selection. No massage oils, poor selection of other items 1 or 2 styles, some standard items not even carried. Arcade and Rooms closed unsure if Covid related. No posted hours, assume still 24hrs. Staff just sits and watches you, unhelpful.

I stopped in here looking for a gift for my girlfriend, but I left disappointed, and quickly.

Un friendly employees, the old large female that works counter day time hours goes out of her way to be nasty and rude to customers.I asked in a very nice way when the arcade may reopen and she went postal on me>maybe she is getting tired of people asking< but that is no reason to jump all over a paying customer who has been going to this store for several years. I will not return to this store ever again due of her lack of customer service. Lots of other choices to go to in area where you are treated in a nice way.I ve noticed for the last few months less and less people go to this store, now I know why. Most of the employees at this store are not friendly at all.

Came in 5/27/20 at 8:10 pm. Ask the lady behind the counter if they carried a product. She didnt even look up from her phone and said no. Asked her about another and she was definitely annoyed I was bothering her phone time. She said the didnt have that one either. No help no customer service. I just walked out

Bald headed white guy inside was rude and interrupting my browsing for things. He rushed me, and when i went to purchase items, he was unprofessional, claimed he couldnt take my money because its a small business.

What is the price of getting in and is there some kind of membership?

Smelled gross, creepy building, pricey. Not a female friendly store.

If I could rate zero stars I would. The lady who worked here tonight July 27th didn’t know how to treat customers when asked to see something she didn’t really want to show us. Like come on lady I would love to work here seriously my dream job show a little more enthusiasm and stop being such a Debbie downer. Oh and if I forgot to mention my friend and I spent a little under 100 here. Not worth it !! Save your time and order online or go to another shop

Ryan was great at answering my questions! Hes amazing and should get a raise, hes the best ever. He definitely deserves a raise! If you guys dont treat him right youll lose a great employee!! 10/10 would recommend this amazing man!

The man who worked tonight February 21 treats customers without respect, he is upset because one asks him to show some products to see them and he is upset if he does not like work or does not want to attend to clients looking for another job, this place is not for him
