I read great reviews on their site, which I found through another Trans site suggesting their products. They were a local company and I wanted to support them, so I ordered on Aug 30, 2020. They STILL have reviews as recent as July 2020 and even changed all their prices online and have sales but are NOT responsive and have just flat ghosted many customers. I wish I had the foresight to read Google reviews FIRST! I will not make that mistake again! They took $300 and because they ONLY use PayPal,

I had received my STP device around the beginning of this corona virus craziness.I had no issues with delivery.I know as of recently the company has been taken back by a associate of the owner who was pocketing the money but other than that I haven’t felt with the company I really wish I could just order again from this company because they have the most affordable products that are good quality but I’m very worried with what has happened with the company that I won’t get what I pay for.I can only say at the time when I got my first StP From them they did a great job with service and delivery.

This company stopped producing and shipping out products, but is still taking peoples money. Dont buy from them! Youll never receive anything. Its too bad too because when they first started it seemed like they had a good product. Wish they had kept making them and not started scamming people.

This company has been absolutely terrible within the last few months. Back in July they just dropped off the face of the earth and stopped responding to customers but still kept taking orders. We purchased a prosthetic for almost 300$ and it never came. When we asked questions on order status and information we did not receive anything back. We messaged them a day or two ago asking again for a refund since we received no product and was told to find the necessary info on the email they sent which had no information. They have now been ignoring all messages from us and refuse to refund us. They are taking advantage of the trans community and not delivering the products they promised. Over 3 months later and still no prosthetic. I am incredibly disappointed in this company.

We placed an order about a month ago with still no package in the mail, we have sent them emails with no response, I tried calling them, the number doesnt receive phone calls. This company is a scam, they have taken around $200 from us and several other people.

No communication, no product, not a real company.Multiple emails, no response.Filed a claim with BBB.People continue, unknowingly, to make purchases from this scam of a company.Unfortunately, google is the only way to leave negative reviews of this scam artist. Despite the glowing reviews on their website.Strongly considered going to their “business” to find out where my order is, and see these miscreants. Figured they are probably addicted to drugs and didn’t want to take the chance looking at the street view of the “business”.

Absolute scam of a company, I bought something from them in March and its now August with no updates. Several other people are in the same vote and no matter how many of us try and get into contact they run away from you and ignore you and turn off comments on their posts in an attempt to hide their shoddy business practice (if you can even call it that).

Its a scam dont waste your money.
