Employees are always talkative and pleasant, super helpful, and funny. They don’t pry and stare, but they don’t ignore you either. For what they do have, I like their selection and the rooms in the back are private and very useful. Thin walls tho, and I with they did have a larger selection of toys and things. Lots of dvds tho, so that’s nice.

Been here a couple times, and wasnt pressured by employees to buy anything, pretty good selection of toys and videos, the booths are really clean, minus the occasionally hanging out of dudes trying to get into occupied booths not bad. i just wish there was a way to know when a good time to visit the booths when women were there to enjoy lol

I called today and Jessica was just as rude as she has always been and still a liar. I have sold vintage magazines to this store in the distant past, which she claimed to not have happened. Her customer service and friendliness still register zero on a scale where two would at least indicate a tiny shred of interest in others besides herself. I used to have contact with both owners, however, have been out of touch taking care of my brother who was critically ill. At my last contact, one owner was also critically ill in the hospital. When I asked how that turned out and if he recovered, Jessica, sounding angry said, I am part owner. Wow, if the owner who was ill recovered, please be aware sir, this Jessica does not care about you or what you went through. If he didnt recover, please, sir, may you rest in peace. I am deeply sorry that your replacement does not even have the class to honor your memory. Clearly, I will not be bothering to contact this store for any reason. Be aware, when you shop or there, you are dealing with ruthless, selfish, people who have no compassion or humanity.

Been here twice, looking for lingerie and things. Helpful, nice staff! Will definitely come back more often!

Ok, after seeing negative reviews about this place, I HAD to post. My husband and I have lived in the area for a decade. We had never gone in before and, on a whim, decided to go there. We definitely felt comfortable and safe there. It is clean and the staff very nice and knowledgable. It was such a good experience, we plan to patronize this neighborhood small business more often so it will continue to stsy open and serve the community.

Very clean and wonderful place, went in to buy a few items, the young gentlemen with the glasses and the face piercing was respectful and really handsome, along with his fellow co worker with the beard and the big belly. Always a great place to go during the night, great automospere. But during the day when the little vampire chick with black and shaved head works, it seems like she’s always in a bad mood and just overall rude when she speaks. Other than that. WONDERFUL PLACE I give it a thumbs up!!!!

I work here as an employee.I understand that people have expressed frustrations when coming into our shop. We are a small business that has been here for 20 yrs. We deal with a variety of customers (some very unsavory, ones that harass us and at times violent or destructive) we strive to create a good environment for people to come in and feel safe around their sexuality and leave having been informed and treated with respect. However we generally only staff one person at a time in the store front / The Arcade is separate and its hard to monitor both.The bag rule we have is for loss prevention. We encounter a lot of theft in our little store and as you know, stealing from a small business hurts worse than a big corporation. To minimize this, we dont dont discriminate from any one person, but hold bags. We have no interest in digging through your bags, we simply want to reduce options for those with poor intentions.
