Park has great potential that has not been met. Nevertheless, its a nice spot to go with your dogs, kids, play baseball or basketball.

Alot of things for the kids to do. New playground!

This park seems a bit run down, the grass needed to be cut and needed some work around the play area. We stopped here so our daughter could blow off some energy and it could pass as a decent park. The basketball nets needed to be replaced and a lot of standing water around the area that could be fixed with some leveling of the ground.

Both my kids enjoy the park and have used the facilities for T-ball, gymnastics and dance classes. Since they opened the karate place across the street Ive noticed they are parking at the rec center. Not sure why a new place doesnt have enough parking for their needs, but its really irritating to not be able to park by the play area because theyre taking up the spots.

I come here a bit to play basketball on break. The court is nice. Also, the park for kids is very relaxing and many families go there so it must be trustworthy. Beautiful surroundings make for a good picnic as well!!

Nice Rec center. Staff is very cordial to host teams. Enjoy everytime we visit!!

We love pooler rec! My son plays multiple sports with this affiliation and we have never had any issues.

The playground is not toddler (ages under 2 years old) friendly. There is only a few things the kids can play on at the park.

We won. But was great to see the kids have a good time. We travel from Sunbury Ga. Past Richmond Hill to watch our grandson play all sports here. Love the baseball fields.

They have 2 great gyms. My grandson plays basketball there. Its climate controlled I think. We have always been comfy during games. Sign your kids up. Its a great place for them to go for sports.

We were at a T-BALL game today, the facility looks fine, it is the grounds that need work. There continues to be a problem with dog poop.

Enjoyed the Patriots Weekend held at the Pooler Recreation Park very much. Well organized, good music and great fireworks.

Super Huge indoor court and can’t play basketball, only on Wednesday’s and Mondays. Big waste of a gym. Also receptionist wasn’t clear with times and days the court was available, made me drive 20 min just to be turned around. Terrible experience and waste of time.

No shade for the play area. Were had 95° degree weather... that was a bummer. They did have bathrooms, but nowhere near the playground.

The entire Gym got kicked out in the pouring rain, even kicks that didn’t have rides. That’s disrespectful they even ask the lady to sit in the gym while the rain stop but she still kicked them out. But other than that it’s a great place.

Pooler always does a good job of keeping the park clean I take my grandkids to play on the swings and slides. Also I walk my dog in the park always picking up the poop and ever leave in trash

Is a nice place for the kids, my son enjoy it a lot, I would like to see more ilumination, a bigger playground and a little more to do for the bigger kids like a trail to walk or ride the bikes away from traffic inside the park

I went there and it was pretty good the only I didnt like was that the thing G the kids climb up had a whole so, other then that it was OK.

My kids come here to practice sports. I appreciate everything the city is doing for the kids that live in Pooler.
