Great Place! Kids Love It! Had Been before but theyve Redone it. Fresh Paint Inside and Out, Very Clean (even Bathrooms) All New Games, Staff (kids) Very Helpfuland Pleasant. Very Clean while open during this time. Was Impressed!!

My son and I reallllllllly enjoyed this place today! I highly recommend Fun Zone to all families for an amazing time. We didnt attend golf but the Arcade and Go Cart was full of fun! I can tell you this, my son already want to come back asap. Lol...you know what, I do too. I even saw one of the workers running eventually falling and doing a summer salt on the ground. Now that was funny! See you soon folks. Come out come out wherever you are!

Visited fun zone today and I must say, I had a great experience. Usually the employees are quite passive, but today I had the pleasure of speaking with Nathan. His customer service was outstanding. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns all while even educating me on certain aspects of the park. I must say while I did think the prices were pretty steep, receiving outstanding customer service like that made me feel as if my money was appreciated and well spent!

Loved the Go-Karts, they even have a kids track and a playground. Their mini golf was your basic 18 hole 2 option course but was a bit flooded in areas from the rain. The arcade is a bit pricey with only a few games that are 2 credits but most are 4 or 6, equivalent to 1-1.50 per play. Masks and social distancing friendly.

Very good family friendly environment. The go-karts are a blast the arcade section is pretty much exactly what you would expect. Great staff and a very good experience! one of the more kid-friendly parks that we have been to

My fiance and I had an absolute blast! We got there early in the day when it was really slow. It was nice. The staff are very friendly. The price was reasonable. They have fans that mist water outside, which was very nice on a hot day. They also had lots of shade, which was also handy. The arcade games were fun too!

Very amazing I rented a house for a week at oyster street . Very beautiful over there. This pool in the pic is a public pool we enjoyed the fact that this area was around many fun parks. Like h20 water park and kelly park, old town and more loved it . Very amazing thank u .

Most of the games dont work properly or are out of order. The attendants at the track allow slamming and rough housing of the go carts amongst the kids. I sustaining a neck injury today from just that. Wont be back with my kids.

Reasonable pricing and nice landscaping. The minigolf is not too imaginative but still fun. There are two go cart tracks to choose from and they are pretty lenient on time allowed, which was nice. This park REALLY needs something else, like batting cages or splash pad, disc golf, or something. Not enough reason for us to come back more than once a year or so.

We had a great time playing the games. However, once we were at the counter waiting to get our prizes, the older lady(with fake pink nails) tried to PHYSICALLY move my children because she deemed them too close to the people ahead of us! The people ahead of us were unconcerned with my children. (They were NOT that close to them anyways) I stopped the woman mid touch, and if she had touched my children I would have called the police. We will unfortunately not be returning.

We had an absolute blast with our family at Five Star tonight!!! The park was clean and the staff went above and beyond to take care of our little ones as it was their first time driving Go Karts. Special shout out to Justin and Roderick....thank you guys for being so patient with us, always smiling, being extra nice till the park closed. You guys ROCK and we will definitely be back️

This place is the worst. Golf course is poorly constructed. Its literally falling apart. Debris on course and trash all over the place. Holes clogged.Staff is very inattentive. Stuck on wall for several minutes while staff conversated. It seemed like his blue JBL speaker was more important than his duty to monitor.Bunch of games are broken

Arcade is kinda small and most of the go-kart tracks are kind of simple and slow. Great for little kids, but kind of wish there was another business for older kids and adults to go and have a good time doing go-karts.

Really great place for kids and most adults that are kids at heart.The actual place was clean and welcomingMy only problem is that for a 3 yrs old you purchase a arm band for $20+ to have your kid not actually play golf and just take like 2 rides on the go kart... the pricing for kids that young should reflect their age.

Decent prices lots of fun for any age. Pretty clean. (Bathroom was clean too). Food is good. They also have dip and dot floats and smores! A great place for a family trip, a date, or just hanging with friends.

This place was so amazing thanks to the ladys at the ticket counter on oct,3,2020 at 9:00p.m the guy in the dark red shirt on the fast go-karts my finca had a birthday to day and the employees at the Savannah,ga fun-zone needs a pay raise Im not to say but the amount of people that was there. $10.00 hour for your employees at least deserve $30.00 a hour for your employees sad the five stars are for there pay raise not night they was worn not cool...

The staff made it evident that they didnt want to be bothered. They stood around and talked to each other without acknowledging your presence. They wouldnt help with any of the arcade games which malfunctioned.

This place used to be a staple of my and Im sure many others child hood, but I dunno anymore.. the arcade is decrepit no more DDR, fighting games, and there VR experience (stands for virtual ripoff for me) is lack luster, no sound on beat saber¿?¿! The food is way to over priced for what they serve,l. My GF and I ordered a pizza and there was a hair BAKED INTO THE CRUST! Im aware that mistakes happen and the staff was more than Accommodating in making things right there the only reason this place is getting a two star. The mini golf course is right up to par. (Ha ha) I dont think Ill come back

Had a great time. Go carting and mini golf was a lot of fun. The cashier that sold the tickets did everything she could to accommodate us at minimal cost.

Me and my fiancé were extremely satisfied. We had so much fun going on the go carts and playing the games inside. The people inside were friendly and helpful to us whenever we needed help on the machines. Its a great place to go and have fun and we’d like to go back to fun zone again.

Go karts are a little slow for fast go karter drivers, the tracks are small but it was fun. The mini golf course is standard size and perfect for beginners. The game arcade is nice.

First, I will say social distancing is not a thing here. Hardly anyone was wearing a mask also.We paid for the 3 hour wristbands, there were 4 of us. Three adults and one 9 year old. We rode 3 rides and played golf. That was it. Complete sh@t show at the go carts. The first one we waited 35 minutes in line and didnt get to ride together because people cut in front of us and they wouldnt let my sister and her son wait for the next round. The attendants did a half a$$ job in cleaning the carts with a quick spray of some yellow liquid as they walked by...barely even getting any on the carts themselves...and especially not on the steering wheels. They got done and went to the kid carts while they waited for us to get done on our ride. When we got off I headed to one of the few hand sanitizer stations and it was empty. So was the one at the enterance of the ride. When we got over to the kid carts my nephew still hadnt started. The sanitizer station did have sanitizer thankfully. He sat inside the cart the entire time in full sun while the attendant put gas in all the carts and texted on his phone. When we got over there he finally started the ride and the attendant sat under the umbrella on his phone not paying any attention to the kids. The kids all looked completely bored after about 3 laps and 2 of them had completely stopped and tried getting out. It was hot and they were all pouring sweat. 2 kids crashed into each other and the attendant still wasnt paying attention, he was still on his phone until one of the kids stopped in front of him and asked to get off. He fixed the crashed kids and went back across the track to talk to another employee then walked across, on his phone, and almost got hit by a kid. By this time he kids were all basically stopped, miserable and wanted off. The attendant huffed loudly, and started to pull the kids into a line but they all were climbing out of their carts and running back to their parents.We at that point needed to hydrate so we went inside to grab drinks. Again no social distancing and people were not wearing masks.I ordered a large slushie and I just wanted a cup of ice and tap water...I paid $11.19 which I wasnt told the price until my bank app sent it to me. Absolutely ridiculous!!!We went outside to start golf, literally the nicest older lady was wiping down the clubs and balls we got. We got to the course and there were people everywhere. We waited so that the large group of 12 people were a hole ahead of us. They never were polite enough to let us play ahead and they had little kids running all over our holes while we were playing. It took us an hour to play. When we were done we had 45 minutes on our wristbands so we headed to the bigger go cart track. We waited in line for about 20 minutes watching the attendant get irritated at everyone. He clearly had been there all day and had enough. He also did a half a$$ job at cleaning the carts. We got off that ride and had 15 minutes on our bands and went back to the figure 8 track because the line was pretty short. After about 5 groups of people cut in line our time expired on our bands. The attendant clearly saw these people cutting and said nothing. She hadnt checked anyones bands until we got up to the front of the line and checked our bands and almost wasnt going to let us on the ride. After complaining about the groups of people that cut in front of everyone she let us on.It wasnt worth $100 for the four of us to ride 3 rides and my nephew to ride the kid ride. My sister spent $50 on food and drinks also. So we spent a little over $160 for 3 hours.We will not come back. I could have spent that amount of money at a theme park and spent an entire day.

Expensive but when you have a 9 year old grandson youre trying to keep busy, this was a good deal. We payed extra for the arcade games, but enjoyed a game of putt putt and as many times on the go carts 3 tracks as we wanted.

Its very fun especially the go carts. I had the best time here :)

Had to leave due to the lack of customer service. No courtesy, no acknowledgement. Even after I said what I wanted she was just staring at me like I’m crazy, and kept on chatting with her coworker. So I left because no way I’m spending money where I’m not valued.Bluffton maybe ways away but my money is worth spending there. Just overall, Pooler seems to have below average customer service, I know that because I’m well traveled.

My family and I went here for some fun and relaxation. We had a wonderful time playing golf, video games and riding the go-karts.

This place is awesome!! It has it all and is very reasonable with cost. Youll have fun here. The go karts are fast enough to enjoy and they have 4 different tracks!! Ill be back!

It was fun all round but pizza was nasty and small even when u order a large,it was still okay because fun never stopped with the games and karts. Still was blowing because the arcade card wouldnt work like they said it would work like if u put 5 dollars on the cards and play a game worth 1 dollar the game will take 3 dollars off the card because of credit and then itll keep pissing you off?

This is a fun place to go for a family. It has allot of stuff for your kids to do along with parents. Racing carts and mini golf course is amazing. They have 3 racing carts you can choose from. Starting with the kids section and going up to extreme racing.

Plenty of games cool tracks to race on. The only reason it didnt get five stars is because. We paid 23$ for 3 hrs and was only able to race on 2 tracks out of 3. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

We had a great time here. The staff was friendly, and the place is clean and well maintained. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because the governors on the road course carts are set to low. Those carts need a little more power to make that track competitive.

I took my kids on Saturday. It was not overly crowded and we had a great time. We ordered a pizza for lunch. It was quick and pretty good. Pro tip do not let the kids run and swipe the game card haha. They burned through their credits quick which my own fault. We had a blast and can not wait to go back and do the go karts (thunderstorms on the day we went closed the tracks).

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I cane here during a school trip with the rest of my school once. I purchased a five dollar game card hoping to win a few games. I was playing one of the claw machines and i took out a 1000 ticket roll. And for proof, five of my friends saw me do it. I happily go to the counter and the lady says I have 15 tickets. I was so mad and frustrated. Horrible place and scam.

I think it could be pretty good. About a third of the machines in the arcade were broken when we went. Felt a little bit like a waste of money. The race tracks are really cool though.

It was pretty neat for some quick fun.. The smell of gas is a little much.. But if u have nothing to do on a Saturday and want a small not to pricy place to hing try them out.

The staff members are either unpleasant or indifferent. Some games in the arcade didnt work and even after bringing one to the attention of a staff member, they didnt post a sign to prevent anyone else wasting their money and time.Cindy was too inconvenienced when I talked to her about credits that were deducted from the card I purchased, for a game that didnt work. She failed at communicating information, gave me a nasty attitude when I asked a question, and even though it literally wouldve taken her two seconds to relay the balance on the card, she instead just said she didnt know and went to help someone else. She was rude with how she spoke to me, as well as other people who were in there searching for people who were there for a birthday party.The tracks are fine but the staff talk from behind you when giving instructions and because the go karts are so loud it is difficult to hear well and hard to know when they are telling you it is okay to go. Only a few people staff members were actually pleasant.

Did not try the outdoor activities, go carts and mini golf. I will go back for that! The arcade is not worth it, many games were broken.

Nice place to have fun with friends or family. I would recommend getting value pack with chauffer option if you have a kid who cant ride alone. Value pack will pay for itself in 3 rides and you can ride for 3 hours with it. I am keeping one star cause there is so much fumes in the air from the carts. Do not stand around the track when they are starting / stopping. It gave me a headache. Overall its a fun place.

Our second time going was for my daughters 5th birthday. She couldnt have been more happy. $30 each for the day passes (includes mini golf) and everyone has fun.

Decided to do a 2 year ols birthday party at fun zone. Waited hour and a half for 2 pizzas and 2 pictures of soda. The blond lady who brought it to the room was unaware of our package deal and rude. When we tried to order another pizza and drink she said we hadnt even paid for the one we got REALLY?Got the free card and half of them didnt even work and the prize person, who we were told should help us was not and just walked away. The only saving grace was the I believe she was Hispanic party person who checked us in and the go carts for the older kids!!NOT FOR ANYONE UNDER 5!couldnt even take pics to show you! So disappointed!!!

We stopped here when overnight in the area on our drive to FL from VA. The staff was extremely friendly and seemed to want to be there; even on Christmas Eve!Go Karts were lots of fun as was the mini-golf.

We had a great time with the boys ages 15 and 11. They spent the entire afternoon driving the go cart tracks. Wristband with military discount was a great deal! Will be back.

This was a fun place. My boyfriend and I got the 3 hour pass. We played mini golf, rode go-carts, and played arcade games. I highly recommend this place for families and couples.
