Weve been in this park for over a year while working in Ponca City. Its not a fancy park, but the landlords Bonnie & Tim are wonderful people, they keep the park clean, quite & dont allow any trouble makers to stay.

Does not do repairs properly or timely.costs higher then should be for the quality of home provided.
