Great area! Managers are very responsive and helpful! Very clean mobile home park!

Im happy with the management here compared to other places I have lived. Much more attentive and have handled the issues Ive had.

Manager does not respond to text messages, neither do the 2 owners that live in Tulsa. Takes months to get any results, even on the simplest requests. If they do respond, its ugly. The manager is not on the property much from spring to fall, as he runs his own business and travels. Very difficult to get in contact with anyone. I would HIGHLY advise to NOT live here!I would give it Zero stars, but this makes you choose at least one star.

Awesome residents, horrid management

Big Country is a great place to be! Located conveniently in the heart of Ponca City close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This place is country living vibes with city amenities. Best mobile home park I have lived in thus far! Keep doing you Big Country
