I have lived here for 2 years. Its not tje perfect place to live, but I would buy a mobile home here again.

Affordable and nice employees. Much better than an apartment. I love my trailer.

Nice place

A nice place to call home. What do people expect here? Of course there will be a lack of yard space and children playing outside. Of course there will be rules, you are living on a property that is publicly operated. People need to grow up and take into consideration of where they are living. Its just like the idea of staying at a hotel. People need to spend more time looking at things objectively than complaining.

Its a great place to live... Office people are wonderful

The park is clean and quiet. Employees are great.

We had fun at the carnival Easter weekend.

We tried to get a trailer here and we were denied for what they said was reason they cant explain. We asked if adding another person in the house would help and we were told that under no circumstance could we get a home even if we wanted a cheaper one or add more people. We asked for the number of the company that tells them yes or no but they continued on about how they cant disclose that information.

Was visiting clean and nice

Did not get full disclosure of what was wrong with the trailer we chose. Neighbors were noisey and I felt very unwelcome there. One problem after another chased us out of there quickly, absolute nightmare. I have heard from so many people we dodged a huge bullet due to the fact that they are notorious for bringing people to court over petty things. Yikes!

They take your deposit then do a background check and if you dont qualify they keep the money. They also force you out without do process. While claiming Christ as a inspiration.

Im the main housekeeper here at Meadowbrook Village & my man is one of two Maintenance men. We moved here 10 1/2 yrs ago, & we are on our 3rd owner In that 10 yrs. But Im pretty sure this one (Robert Bob Stone) is gonna stick around awhile. Or at least we hope so! Lol. Hes very reasonable on his trailers. Come on out any time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Take a look at the large selection of 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom trailers we have available. So stop in the office & meet our park Manager/Secretary, Amy Fraley Terrell. She would be more than happy 2 give u a tour of some of our available homes.

Waste of time and money unless you plan to stick it out the 5 years. They steal your things. Its a dump with a huge bug problem. At least the office lady is nice.

What the other reviews are not true I got a house here no problem I didnt pay till I was qualified then paid everything up front then its fine

Its like a normal trailer park. Neighbors are too close. Kids running across the street without watching out for cars.

I live here and people are moving out all time.
